Opened ceiling where water damage was occurring. Sealed plate in the upstairs bathtub. Thoroughly checked that leak would not continue.

Simple job. Didn't take long at all. No muss no fuss. A+ job.

I don't think I can trust most plumbers due to using shoddy materials and poor quality hot water tanks but with Al as my plumber I never have to worry. Never steers me wrong and always uses top quality fixtures and materials. Reasonable prices and a great hard working guy. I hope he lives forever because I don't think I could find another plumber like him! One of a kind.

Al is a personable guy. I was comfortable with him in my home. He knows his business. I asked him about a leaky faucet in my bathroom. He said he could fix it. I had another plumber look at it previously and he told me they don't make the parts anymore for these '50's style faucets. Wrong. Al ordered the part and came back within a week to install it. That repair was $50.

It went very well. He was on time, took care of the job in a short time, cleaned up, and charged a very reasonable amount. The toilet has worked fine ever since! We will definitely call them back the next time we need plumbing services.

I spoke with Al of Allsion Plumbing in Dearborn Hgts and asked if he come out on Friday to check my leaking hot water heater. He said he couldn't come Friday, but would be out on Saturday. When he didn't show on Saturday, I called and he said he got busy, but would be out on Sunday after church. He didn't show up onSunday either, so I called him andhaidit was too far for him to travel (EVEN THOUGH I HAD ASKED HIM IN THE BEGINNING IFHE DID WORK IN MY AREA AND HE SAID YES!!) I ended up calling another plumber who did a great job. The job was close to $800, so I guess Allison doesn't need the money. What really steamed me was that Al didn't have to decency, or courtesy of calling me to let me know he wasn't coming. That is totally un- professional.l won't call him again, or refer him to anyone. .

We have used them for a long time. I call them anytime I need something. They are quick and they didn't charge me to much. They are always reasonable. They tell a lot of jokes and they are fun to be around.

Al the plumber is my go-to guy for any plumbing work. He's honest, reliable, and does quality work. Very friendly too! We're new homeowners, and Al made sure to show me how to turn off the main gas and water lines in our home. He cleaned up after his jobs, and made sure we were satisfied. I wish all our house problems were plumbing problems, because then we'd have them solved ASAP!
