Andrew was responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. We had another contractor fall through on the install, so the hoop was in our garage ready to go with a bummed 7 year old anxiously waiting for it to be up. We took off for a week long vacation after hiring Andrew. Everything was handled over phone calls and text. When we came home our son thought we had pulled in the wrong driveway, then followed by pure excitement!

Extremely professional, friendly, timely, communicative, skilled at their craft, and show high level of care for what they do. Some basketball hoops are meant for professionals to install and I’m glad I reached out. Fair pricing, well worth the investment. I highly recommend their service.

The gentleman asked me to take pictures of my garage and take measurements. Then he didn't respond with a quote; he just stopped responding.

The huge play set was assembled very well. It was huge and it took a while to assemble which means it would have taken me forever to assemble the set. Andy came out and fixed the catastrophe created by the first business I hired and completed the set. It is very strong, and stable for my two little girls and I am confident that there will be no issues with the set as they play on it. Excellent job.

Scheduled an early morning appointment but he did not show up during the agreed time window. Booked the appointment 3 weeks in advance and also sent him a reminder 2 days before the appointment date. He did not have the courtesy of communicating that he was going to be late and just kept me waiting and trying to contact him on his cell phone. Wasted my time as I had to make alternative arrangements at work to stay at home during this weekday appointment. He finally texted telling me that something else came up. Not at all apologetic or accommodating for not showing up - told me he was booked solid for the next 4 days and that was the end of it. Very unprofessional! I should have paid attention to his poor reviews on punctuality which have now been confirmed to be true. Not hiring him or recommending him to anyone.

Andrew must be too busy. He never has returned 2 phone calls, 3 e-mails, and a message from the equipment company. My equipment has been very well installed by another company. I don't need instant action, but I do need for contractors to answer promptly and give real answers as to when they can schedule the work.

Andrew did a great job - he responded to all of my eMail questions promptly. Once I decided to move forward he set (2) dates, one for the removal and one to complete the installation. He was prompt on both - removed all of the old junk/cement - and installed the new one perfectly. Looks great - the adjustable height is on the money - and it is perfectly straight. Would definitely hire again.

One man had the whole thing assembled, leveled and tested in under seven hours. This was a fairly complex metal and plastic set with multiple play areas

Perfect, professional & overall a great guy. We got a letter from our condo association demanding that we replace our broken screen door within 5 days of the date on the letter or face a hefty fine. I called a few handymen from Angie's list but the only one to answer was Andrew. He showed up at my house that same day and got my door up to code and also put up our new lighting fixture. I showed him a floating desk that I want to order online and he said he could install it so I will be calling him back for that as soon as my order arrives.

Fantastic! He showed up promptly, quickly moved a rather enormous box into our house from the garage. Avoided scuffing any flours, and managed to maneuver it down to the basement around a 180 degree staircase without any issues. Assembly was quick and he even gave us pointers on how to use the machine.

It was a very smooth uneventful installation. The first day had to be rescheduled but Andrew was very attentive to contact me right away and made arrangements for the next day. Andrew arrived within the window of time that he said he would be there. He is very polite and friendly. He answers his phone or text messages quickly. He was able to keep my retired Dad who lives with me entertained throughout the whole process. The first day he dug the hole, created the cement base with 16 bags of concrete and installed the most bottom portion on top of which the pole rests. The next day he put together and installed the rest of the pole, backboard and hoop. The second day took maybe two hours. In the end he provided us with some tips on how to best maintain our basketball system. We are very pleased with the service that he provided and would recommend him without reservation.

Andrew was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was slightly late arriving the first day but explained why and although he arrived late, he also stayed late until he lost daylight. The playset looks great and he made sure it was level and it does't move or give. I would definitely commend his company to friends and family.

Andrew was very professional and did a very high quality job installing a playset in our back yard. He was pleasant to work with and was accommodating to our neighbors when they asked him to move his work truck so they could take wedding pictures in their front yard. We are not handy people at all, so we were so glad to find Andrew and use his services to make sure our playset was safe for our kids to play on!

Andrew sent us a text telling us the time that we could expect him to come to our house. He was right on time! He got right to work and removed the old pole that was cemented into the ground. He was very professional and completely competent. He pounded out the cement around the pole, removed the pole and the cement, and hauled everything away. We are extremely satisfied with his work.

Andrew did a terrific job moving and restoring an old swingset for us. He rebuilt a rotting gangplank from scratch, and purchased and repaired parts as needed. After construction, he sanded and stained the swingset as well. The swingset looks beautiful - just like new. Instillation seems rock-solid. He was a pleasure to work with. Responsive, on time, and did terrific work. Went to great efforts to ensure that the swingset would be safe for use. While he was installing the swingset, he also, at no additional charge, removed some dangerous concrete-bound poles that had been in our yard.
