The workmanship was good. The crew was nice, kept the area clean, and did exactly what was written on the estimate sheet. We are extremely happy with the job that was done.

They did not install it right and I have had many issues with the thermostat.

These people are truly exceptional and in my opinion they are by far the best hvac professionals in the Davison, Michigan area. The crew replaced the old furnace and central air conditioner with the gold series American Standard units which run excellent and are considered one of the leading furnaces. They installed my wifi thermostat in which they had to run a extra wire to hook up a common wire to the furnace which was very hard to fish thru the wall and heat duct at no extra charge. They fixed my April Aire humidifier. The crew were very polite and professional while in my home. They run painters drop cloth around the work area and used a shop vac to clean up afterwards. They even used the stove top glass cleaner and cleaned the glass fireplace where it looks like new. To make a long story short, this business not only goes the extra mile, they go two extra miles. I am completely satisfied with Konieczka Heating and Cooling Inc and will recommend them to everyone. Many thanks to Terry and all three installers. They do quality work at the right price.

We called 4 companies for estimates, they came and went. Never got a call back to see if we had questions except for konieczska. We added the humidifer as an afterthought. The owner actually came back and answered all our questions. The work was completed within a week. They cleaned up the debris and hauled off the old units. Later when I had questions, they answered them in a phone call, not making a house call. This saved me time and money. I would reccommend them again.

I was looking up local contractor's and I looked around at what Angie's List had. This company advertises in our church bulletin. We called 3 different companies for estimates, one we normally use. Konieczka is the only one who called back and asked us if we had any questions. The prices were all very similar for very similar products. We decided to go with them because they were the most interested in having us as clients. We talked to the person in the office and then the owner personally came out and asked us if we had any questions. I asked them if we could have a humidifier added to our estimate and he came out with the estimate for that and went through everything with us. I was pretty impressed considering no one else even called us back. They gave us 3 different sizes of furnace for our house because we also bought an AC. They said we were probably looking at the energy tax credit, which we were. Since we live in a cold climate we wanted not necessarily a top of the line unit but one that is good and reliable. They were on time, cleaned up afterwards, answered questions and I've called them back a few times to ask questions and they were available. I didn't have to wait 3-4 days for someone to call me back and that was nice. They didn't treat me like I know nothing.
