Brad and Nevin were the installers they were professional timely, skillful, and prompt on job. They were very opened about what was needed to be done. They were considerate in making sure nothing was ruined or damaged while working on the installation of the new furnace. My wife and I were very pleased with their performance and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to need repairs or a furnace installed.

I was having trouble with my oil burner furnace. The house smelled like fuel oil. I placed a service call with Holland Heating & Cooling. An appointment was scheduled. The service person called ahead and told me when he'd be at my house. He arrived on time. He quickly determined the problem, My heat exchanger had been burned through. He showed me the issue and described the details surrounding it and discussed the options. The best option was to buy a new furnace. He helped me select the best furnace, helped me set up financing, and scheduled the installation for the following day. The furnace installation crew called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived on time. They made sure tarps were put down on my floors to keep them clean. They quickly removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace. They recommended that they do additional work which I thought was beyond the scope of the original project such as replace old rusted duct work and install a new chimney exhaust pipe. They said since this is what they would do if this was their own house they recommended that it should be done. Very pleased with the quality of the work and very much appreciated the extra attention to detail. The Work order number was RA712195 and the name of the Technicians was TJ and Bob. Scott H performed the tuneup, and additionally diagnosed a problem with the combustion blower. The bearings were going bad. He replaced the blower, and the furnace worked well. The invoice number was 113907, and the work was performed on November 28, 2017

On 12-18-2017, the Holland Heating technicians, Jake and Aaron, were able to complete the job within several hours. They were very meticulous and thorough and also answered our many questions. They were respectful of our home and laid drop cloths on all the areas that were necessary. On completion, they cleaned up everything and it all looked great as they were leaving. Our new furnace warmed our house very quickly and it feels so good to have the units installed that will give us reliable service for many years to come. When I went to turn on my furnace everything seemed to work other than the gas valve feeding the furnace ... Jay came out and replaced my Furnace Control Circuit Board and everything is back to working order ... Jay did a fast and very professional job!

I called Holland heating and air-conditioning and they sent Jeff out to give a estimate. We agreed on a price, only problem I had was a slight mixup on the worksheet and the final contract. He e-mailed the worksheet to me and I seen it was just a mistake in transferring the numbers. Chris came out a few days later to install it and did a great job. Damon, Mike and Todd of Holland heating installed our new furnace/central air systems (Job #HD709018) 9-1-17. The whole process - from estimate to install - was done in a friendly, low pressure and professional manner. The installers arrived on time, immediately went to work, and did their jobs very well. All of my questions were answered and the new systems thoroughly explained. They cleaned up each of their work areas. We had used Holland for our previous house and the product and work was excellent. It was a no-brainer going with them again. Thanks, guys!

The technicians Matt and Bob ( job# RA707172). The service from all of your technicians and Secretaries are of top notch service. The problem I found was from the bosses in the office. We are very easy going people, Matt & Bob had been here for 3 days. The last day it was 9pm before they said good bye. ( we asked that they go home). We were to call in the morning the office and let them know they are not done here. We had AC we were okay. Thursday called office spoke with Brett to call with an appointment. No call back . On Friday we called again spoke with Brett ." oh I forgot to call back. You are on for Monday am with Matt.". Monday we receive a call at 9:30am that a different tech scheduled mid afternoon. At 3:30pm we called the office to find out that there was problems at the site that the tech was working at. We are now told that Matt would be on his way. This was the first communication of the day. I asked Jennifer to see if Matt really is on his way or this needs to be rescheduled to the morning first thing . Jennifer called back at 4:30pm and Wednesday morning was booked. Finally Matt and Nick were allowed to finish the job. The problems I had with this company were not with the sale person Randy, all the techs Matt, Bob, Josh ,Nick or the secretary Jennifer if you would let the people that you hire do their job! I felt bosses did not look or listen to schedules.

My AC united died over the 4th of July weekend and we needed a quick and fast fix before the hot and humid days came. I contacted sales rep. Jeff Lee with Holland Heating and Cooling out of Davison, MI. on Wednesday July 5th .. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable and he was at my house the very same day to give me an estimate to replace my AC unit! I accepted his quote and his crew showed up on time the next morning Thursday July 6th and got straight to work. Installers Matt & Mike were very professional and knowledgeable as well. They cleaned up after themselves when done and went over any questions I had. My Job# RA707066 went fantastic, the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

they come out the next day after I phoned. We came to terms on a new unit and although there was a waiting period they put us on stand by in case someone canceled which happened so we had a installing crew here in a matter of days. Brad and Mike with job number hd706225 came right on time to start the job. Both men were very pleasant and professional and took the time to answer any question that I asked. The installation went perfect and when they finished they cleaned up the job site so well you could not tell they were there.
