Bart and Zach installed a furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater for us on July 6, 2023. (RA307-065). They were professional and cleaned up after. They were conscientious with the installation. We have dealt with Holland for many years and have been satisfied .

TJ and Jonathon L did a fantastic job installing a new AC unit on 6/29/23 (RA306295). They were very courteous, explained everything in detail, and did a great job cleaning up. We are always happy to use Holland Heating & Cooling and will continue to do so in the future!

The New Boiler and Domestic hot water Heat System Was installed in just 2 days by Billy & Jonathan. The technicians from Holland Heating, Eric and Austin, were fantastic. They installed a new AC unit (Job # RA304076) on April 10, 2023. The two men were professional, showed up on time, and worked diligently to get the job completed. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and teach me a little bit about how air conditioning works. In addition, they placed throws on our new carpet to protect it while going in and out.

TJ and Eric my tech's were so professional and courteous . They came into my home and did a fantastic job and left my home just as clean as when they arrived. They removed all the trash and the job was completed up and running in a few hours.

Job started off on the wrong foot with them being off a day but the install crew of Kirk/Steven made up for it with the extra work they had to put in to make it right and to make sure that we would be happy with the overall results

WE have had the absolute best experience with Holland Heating and Cooling. From the sit down with us and Randy the salesperson to the installation of the generator by Brenden K and Denton to the electrical installation by John and Jacob. WE do not have one negative thing to say. I will add that they were all professional and amazing to work with. We have a lot of children; they were patient and willing to answer any questions with my inquisitive children. Also, today while doing the electrical installation, a HUGE issue was noticed with the grounding of our electrical. This could have derailed the whole installation, but instead the electrical team called in another team to assist them and did not leave until the job was finished. We explained our flooding issue to them and the need for the generator in case of a power outage. They were understanding and met us where we needed to be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was an actual blessing to work with them. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Holland installed a furnace for me a couple years back with great customer service so I gave them a call for my a/c install as well. Tj and Jon just came out today and did great work. Zero complaints from me. Job# RA303023. On 3/2/23.

Brandon and Justin W were very punctual and professional. Answered all my questions and made me feel that I wasn’t bothering them. Brandon made sure the installation of the unit was where I wanted it. Great customer service.

My mother in law had them do some work on her boiler. They replaced the expansion tank (screws on and off and cost $60 at home depot) for $622.00. They replace the air vent (screws on and off and cost $15 buck as home depot) and charged $176.00. They replaced a water pressure valve ($15 bucks for the part) and charged $650.00. They replaced a $30 thermocouple and charged $240.00. Then they had the audacity to charge her for preventative care/cleaning of the boiler ($270.00) after changing these parts and charging the standard boiler drain down and refile of $327.00. I'm sure the drain and refile was the hardest thing about the whole job. All of this and a $120 service call that is not waived if the service your equipment. Be aware of what they are charging you for and do some research before using Holland heating and cooling. I would say that all the items they replaced probably needed to be replaced but the price is probably 30% higher than the next guy. I would recommend getting quotes from other companies. I am very upset and feel they took advantage of the situation.

I met Bobbie, the manager on Tuesday at my work. I told her how we needed a new furnace and I had an appointment for Thursday! Charles, the salesman that came to the house was great, just like she said he was. The very next day Jonathon and Denton were here right on time to install a new furnace and ac unit. They were also great. Our ac unit had broke a few years ago and our furnace was over 20 years old. They left about an hour ago and I don’t think my house has ever been this warm! Me and my wife Carolyn are very happy with our newly installed Heating and AC system. It replaced our old system of 20 yrs. Bart and Austin were quite professional. They worked diligently and with care for the installation and was knowledgeable about the new system that they installed.

Cliff and Justin W. replaced my furnace. They were both so knowledgeable, friendly and very respective of my home. Everything was explained to me on upkeep and when and how to clean the filter. This is not the first time I have called Holland and have been pleased with the work each time. Will always recommend them and will never hesitate to contact them again. Thank you Holland.
