The A/C and furnace were both installed with minimal problems and all of the old items were removed and the work areas were left clean. Stacy made sure everything was working and even showed my husband some tips on future maintenance. Overall, we were very pleased with the service from Stacy and would use Dependable Heating and Cooling again.
Description of Work: After determining that our air conditioner could not be fixed, we decided to have Dependable Heating and Cooling replace our old air conditioner (and furnace). The old items were removed and taken away.

 + -1 moreStacy worked quickly and inspected his work for correctness afterward. He made all connections between the A/C unit and the house (electrical and plumbing), charged the A/C unit, checked to ensure everything worked perfectly, then left the area without a trace; everything looked as nice or nicer than before he performed the service. He performed maintenance on our furnace last autumn, and showed the same professionalism, skill, and knowledge as he did when he re-installed the air conditioner unit.
Description of Work: Disconnected our A/C unit previously, and reconnected and charged the unit during the last service call.
