My house had hail damage the roof and siding was completely damaged. They helped me walk through the process for the insurance company and fixed the roof in a timely manner so I wouldn't have any leaks, the siding turned out perfect and really transformed our house.

Duane Lumm and his crew are amazing. A few years ago we came home from traveling to our finished basement totally flooded caused by a malfunctioning sump pump. Duane came immediately to start saving our belongings and furniture. D.C. Complete was thorough with getting our downstairs back to being livable. Duane and his crew were so caring. They treated our house as if it was their own! D.C. Complete did two other major projects for us which were just as great as the first one. We highly recommend D.C. Complete. Duane will make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not happy Duane will definitely fix it! He cares!

Angels do come in the form of contractors. We had an absolutely devasting plumbing failure that ruined nearly half of our home. We had a crew meet up at our house that evening - DC Complete met with us and our insurance company representative from Pioneer, Bob from Carpetland, and Duane, Todd, Jim and more - all gathered to survey what needed to be done and hit the ball out of the park with expediency, understanding, kindness and consideration. I still to this day, am in awe of the patience they had with us. We had no idea of the extent of damage, or what needed to be done...But they did! and started immediately with restoration. Immediately they initiated first steps to dry everything out. They listened to our concerns and worries. They kindly lead us through each step daily in this horrible situation. We desperately needed help with removing a lifetime and 2-estates worth of accumulated stuff that was ruined or needed to be dealt with. They helped with absolutely everything, even the smallest of things (not small to us!). There were expert personnel for each step of reconstruction. Including Bob at Carpetland who was equally amazing in this process with helping us select quality affordable flooring and timely installation. In our weary distraught world these forthright experts were honest, timely, trustworthy, professional, efficient and thorough. They know what they are doing - and we learned to trust them with our home and the process.... We have had to work with another company many years ago when we had a sump pump failure and flooded basement, and that company did not do half what DC Complete oversaw for restoration. I hope they're around a long time because I know we will need them again for elective Maintenace at our home. Amazing people doing amazing things. We are forever thankful.

DC complete was assigned to my house claim back in may 26,2022, first meeting with both Duane and Todd I knew that we were in good hands. They have a pretty great team of people that worked at the house. They kept us in the know of everything that is going to happen and communicated well with us. I was involved with everything down to the paint color, and flooring, etc. They knew how much we wanted to get back into the house and they did their best to move us back in as soon as they’re able. If it weren’t for insurance/ mortgage delaying the job, we would have been in sooner. After everything was done, appliances back and in working condition we moved back in January 2023. Even though the job is done, they still help me with anything I need. They’re definitely the best at what they do, highly recommend.
