He is super professional, he fixed some marks we didn't see but his trained eye caught them. He took care of them before we even had a chance to point them out. He came out and looked things over. We purchased the paint and he told me what was going to work best to do this and he was right, it worked great. I saw some previous work he had done at a dealership and I liked the way he did the job. He kept out of everyone's way and he was clean and neat. He was kind of like a ninja, he came in and did the job and he was gone - you didn't even know it. he was 30 minutes late one morning because the route he came before was flooded out from all the rain we had. He was very apologetic of that, it was not something he anticipated. The other times he came in and did his job. They had access to our house and we never worried about anything, nothing was ever broken or missing.
