Had roof repaired years ago first leak ruined upstairs ceiling . Next leak did the same never got any help. They did work incorrectly never installing vents properly have tried to work with them but never got it fixed to this day. Very disappointed with response I am getting and so far no help and the work they did will void warranty on shingles if vent system is not fixed. I could use any help or advice on how to get this resolved so we can have confidence that our roof warranty is still good. This has been going on for 2 years. Please help.
