Description of Work: Previous experiences with water treatment services have turned out to be nothing more than a thinly disguised attempt to sell me new equipment. Tom was able to diagnose the problem {a faulty timer} and had us up an running in no time. Great service.

+ 0 moreTom has been taking care of my water softener since 1988. I have recommended him to many others and they have been just as satisfied with the service and his honesty. I had a slow drip landing at the base of the softener. Another business said I needed to replace the entire softener because it was leaking. The drip wasn't from the softener and Tom fixed it. Later Tom replaced the mechanics and saved me a bundle as I was still broke from just having bought this, my first house.

+ 0 moreI had called & visited many places to get parts & advice on rebuilding my own water softener. Tom was the ONLY one who was willing to share his knowledge with me. He even loaned me the special funnel needed to make my project easier. I probably could have bought what I needed cheaper elsewhere, but Tom (the owner) had everything right there & he even told me how to properly do this project. Highly recommend this company.
