Description of Work: CL Ward replaced my old front door with a new one. Right from the sales rep thru the project manager, to the installer, this company was very professional. They kept me the loop, so I knew what was going on, at all times. The sales rep, and the project manager were very nice, and accommodating. They called me to tell me when the door was made, and when it was custom painted, then to make a appointment to install. This IS a friendly staff! The install went well with the usual amount of little bumps, nothing major. nothing to complain about. This door is very nice, and is exactly what we ordered. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Description of Work: They came out, gave a presentation, but never followed up with the promised quote. A repeat visit promised when we went to their show room never materialized either. Can't say I'm going to try for a third time to see if they are interested.

Description of Work: metal roof was put on and they installed a new skylight in the dining room

Description of Work: Sliding doorwall did not slide anymore. Repairman was prompt, very well experienced in Andersen windows. He fixed it, suggested parts he did not have, ordered them and even called us when they came in and then mailed them to us! Said he would be happy to come back to install parts, but showed husband how to do it as well.

Description of Work: This company was suppose to come out to give me an estimate on my 4,000 square foot home. They gave me a confirmation e-mail & a message on my cell. Guess what they never showed up. They have never even 2 weeks later now even contacted me or answered any of my messages as to why they didnt bother. This showed bad professionalism.
