Description of Work: Had a deck built it was supposed to take 5-7 days but took 14 + the guys only worked a few hours a day. The work was horrible. I paid for a deck package however there was at least 2 pickup truck load of materials they took back I asked for a refund but was told they always take back the left over materials. I asked for an itemized price list of materials and labor but was told they don't have that info. They had to send a second crew to redo the botched up deck these guys were great and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: I will never use C&L Ward for a project again. Our project manager was almost completely unresponsive, and although we purchased and paid for the project in July, work did not commence until November of 2014 and began only 6 days before the financing had to be exhausted based upon our financing terms. Also, C&L Ward used our financing incorrectly, and because of their complete incompetence almost compromised our 0% financing offer. I literally would not recommend C&L Ward to my worst enemy.

Description of Work: Did my 23 square root and did a phenomenal job. Clean up was great. Ryan marker and his team had the job done in two days. Even my wife remarked on how stellar the cleanup was. The job was everything my sales rep Rick said it would be. Keep up the great work! We will be calling about our new deck soon!

Description of Work: It took a full year for our job to scheduled and completed. Then two weeks after they finally finished the work, the AR Manager had the nerve to send me a bill which indicated that I as 30 days past due. I don't have enough time to document all the issues. Horrible experience, I will NEVER contract this company to do ANY future work EVER.

Description of Work: They did not perform all the work that I requested. They did not agree |with what the inspector wanted done. They used used parts to at least |fix my major concern. Did not care for the attitude of the representative. |I don't remember when it was done. The cost of the service was whatever I |paid thru you.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak in the siding of our house. It had been installed incorrectly by our builder and the technician corrected it.

Description of Work: They sent 3 teams of estimators. |they 1st no longer worked for them, the second thought we needed a new roof, the 3rd said we didn't need a roof. We heard nothing from them from the 16th on we phoned and left a voice mail no response after 24 hrs left another voice mail and still no response, Sent a letter to the president of CL Ward on July 23rd and as of the 6th of August still no response. Sent a n e-mail on august 6th ask for the return of our deposit. A response from the roofing repair manger responded at 5PM o the sixth saying he was hired to handle case like ours and after some convoluted explanation said he apologized and said that he could have a crew here on Saturday and since I did not have a current contract and he did not say what they were doing I said to refund my deposit as it was more than six weeks and our calls and letter received no response until the e-mail ask for a refund of our deposit. |We felt that our project was mishandled and a ignored.
