+ 0 moreHIS WORK IS NOT UP TO STANDARD. WHEN SPRAYED THE STAIN ON, IT ALSO GOT ON MY FRONT DOOR, ON SIDING AND IT DID NOT STAIN ALL THE PATIO DECK. HE CLAIMS TO BE A PAINTER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND HIM TO EVEN PAINT A DOG HOUSE. HIS WORK IS DONE VERY POOR. DO NOT HIRE TOM MONAHAN UNLESS YOU WANT A CRAPPY JOB!

+ 0 moreTom Monahan is a master painter! From start to finish, the time he took to prepare the boards for painting--and his skillful painting--gave our 22-year old home a like-new appearance. Plus, he is a one-man show: from the proposal to the painting, it was just Tom. When coming up with a proposal, he included only areas that needed to be painted, and we believe the price he charged was quite reasonable. He was punctual, neat, worked hard, took care with the plantings around the house, and completed the work on time. Without any reservations, we ***highly*** recommend TMM Painting.
Description of Work: Painted all wood trim and overhang on front of house, two boards in the back, and a small area of damaged stucco. Before painting, he nailed, scraped, caulked, and sanded where needed.
