Description of Work: I had reached out to the provider and left a message. Two days later he called me back and asked what sort of work was I needing done and to send some pictures of the work as well. He had explained to me that he would call me back once he got the email of the pictures and waited for him to contact me again. Never revived a call back after the email. I then again I reached out to him and left a voicemail. Still no call. This has been going on for two weeks now.

Description of Work: Todd and Steve were very professional, prompt, neat, highly skilled and a delight to work with. They transformed my two dingy1960s bathrooms into modern beautiful bathrooms. I can't believe the rooms look larger! Todd listened to what I wanted and offered appropriate suggestions which were very meaningful . His tile work is gorgeous . Steve was very talented in rerouting old plumbing lines for my new vanities, and hooking everything up with absolutely no leaks. They were both flexible, cheerful, and went above and beyond my expectations. I would hire them again without reservation and have recommended them to my friends.

Description of Work: Todd does wonderful work, my ceramic tile was laid beautifully. The problem we had was he did not return to seal the tile as promised. Waited and called his cell phone several times with no answer. After about 10 days he call us explaining his problem, that he lost his cell phone and had to go buy a new one and lost all our contact info. Buy this time my husband sealed the ceramic tile himself.

+ -1 moreWe have used Todd in the past 12 months for many of our ongoing remodelling: Build out the basement into a lounge and pool billard area, renovation of the rest of the basement, entire remodelling of a bathroom, insulation of the attic, new mud room to new pool house. Todd and his companions have done an excellent job in finishing these projects in time and in a perfect, great looking fashion. And they are really nice guys. And, anybody Todd brings on the job is a great, hard working guy as well. Finally and very important, Tood also knows his boundaries, means when he needs to call somebody who knows more then him, he does. And he knows the right guys ....
Description of Work: Todd is an expert in many things. Especially when it comes to any kind of renovation and remodelling around the house. Bathroom, kitchen, additions to the house. No job too difficult.
