Mr Clean High Pressure Power Washing

Would not give me a definite date they would come out when I called. When they finally came out to powerwash my home, they did not get the house clean at all. It looked no better than before they came out. I called them over twelve times in the next month. They promised 3 different times they would be back out 'that week' and never showed up. The owner Randy Solmen actually hung up on me when I called the last time.They would not come back out or return my calls until I threatened legal action in a letter. Then they came out, looked at the house, said there was nothing they could do, and left. I removed the dirt fairly easily with a household cleaner and a hose. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

OK, They powerwashed and cleaned the deck and then came back a week later and used TWP sealer on the deck. When they sprayed on the sealer, they did not cover some sensitive plants near the deck and I'm afraid the plants may not survive. They only put one coat of sealer of the deck floor, some companies I spoke with would have put two coats on for the same price. (I learned this after the fact). I did not get a written quote for the work, we agreed by phone.

I was happy with the work the boys did on my deck as they were delightful. But I am not happy with the owner. He did not stick with the price he said and in the end I paid $200 dollars more. The work was fine but the price was not.

Randy answered our call immediately and his crew had the job done within about a week and a half. They did a very nice job of cleaning the deck. Also very neat job of staining and sealing they seemed to take care to not leave any over-spray on house, etc... I would recommend and use again. I was originally quoted "right at $499.00", final invoice $530, maybe included tax? We were pleased with results and have gotten nice comments on job.

Called Mr. Clean on Monday and the decks were cleaned by Wednesday, by Friday the deck was sealed, finished and looks great!
