Justin is an amazing young man. He did not charge me for the work because, according to Justin, it was so simple. I will definitely recommend him and call him again when I need some electrical work done.

These guys are top shelf. From Angie in the office calling us to see if we wanted a sooner appointment as one had opened up to Kenny who called when he was on his way to give an ETA, we already had a high opinion. Kenny addressed our issue, he was very honest and knowledgeable and we were happy with the outcome. Look no further if you need an electrician.

The guys that came out to my home were very polite and friendly. It seemed it would all go smoothly and easily from what the man said who came out to estimate. Scheduling was easy. When the two electricians came out, they admitted they had never done what I was asking for before (scary to hear). They looked at the light fixture instructions and said it wasn’t possible to hang on a slopes ceiling, based upon the picture. The instructions said it can hang on ceilings up to 45 degrees, mine is 31 degrees. I asked them if they wanted to take the fixture out of the box to look at it, hoping that would reveal how it is hung a little better than the picture shows and they said the picture was good enough. They installed the electrical and told me I had to have a box custom built so it can hang level from the vault point. They had no referrals to give me for a custom built box. They charged me for over 75% if the work and left without any lighting installed. I unpacked the light fixture and looking at it could clearly see how it could be hung on a slopes ceiling, but called the manufacturer to confirm, which they did. I called Dons electric again and they came out within days to hang it. They hung it with ease. I was really unimpressed with their lack of knowledge and effort with hanging it on the first attempt. It gave me a very uneasy feeling. Although it turned out good in the end, I would not hire them again.

Called for an estimate which unlike the other vendors was free. Jason was 15 minutes early, friendly, and respectful, even took his shoes off. Tracked down the problem, and actually fixed it on the spot. In and out in 45 minutes. Asked for a stack of his cards, and passed them out to everyone I know. Best service call ever.

The cost of the job was based on a set hourly rate. The amount of time estimated to complete the work was very reasonable and close to the time it took. Kenny was very efficient with his time.

Don was prompt, actually a little early, personable, professional and very efficient. He offered to move my refrigerator for me! I would be pleased to call them again for any electrical work!

Kenny came out on time to give me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair so, two weeks later, they returned as scheduled. They removed the entire old circuit which was tough messy work. Then they installed an entire new run of wire and conduit about 75' down some stairs to my steel lake wall. At the lake wall, they installed a 4" x 4" low wood post and attached a new exterior receptacle box to the post. Then they constructed a 50' "extension cord" out of wire that could go in the water (if it accidentally fell into the water). They ran the extension cord from the new receptacle along the side of my dock and to the electric motor on my boat lift. In the fall, I'll simply unclip the extension cord from the dock and store it inside for the winter. The job was very neatly done and took two consecutive days. They started on a Thursday morning and were finished by Friday mid-afternoon. I am very pleased with the work.

Kenny diagnosed the problem immediately and went right to work. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I woke up this morning to a cold house and no electricity to my basement, fridge, and furnace. I went to work and started calling around. Don’s was the second call I made, and I’m so glad I did (the first had a base $200 service fee). They squeezed me in, which in and of itself was appreciated, and told me I could pay with my card over the phone. I sent a family member to meet Jason at my house. The fix took about a minute and a half. He flipped the same breakers I had tried several times that morning, but worked his electrician magic, and I have power again! When I called to finalize payment, she told me Jason had decided not to charge me, since it took him only a minute. Seriously, such a class act. When you call an electrician, it’s more often than not a desperate situation. They could have fleeced me, but they didn’t, and for that they have my loyal business. I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks again!

Rob and Tom did a great job, used time efficiently and found ways to run the wiring without additional problems and cost. It was much quicker and cleaner than I expected. Highly recommend this company and these 2 guys specifically.

Jason came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to go with Don's Electrical as their estimate was very good compared to others and they had good review on Angie's list. We scheduled a date and time. Jason and Don arrived at the agreed time. Took measurements and picked up supplies. Continued to work all day with exception of lunch break. They completed the job and we were satisfied with the work. They were very professional and friendly. Knew what they were doing and worked very well as a team. Could not have asked for better service and communication from them was top of the line. They informed us of everything they did and went over the installation of the circuit breakers with my husband and how the connection for the generator worked. Very pleased. Will call them again when we need any electrical work done.

One of our kitchen circuit breaker's was flipping off fairly often. The problem was the Brevelle oven which Jason put on a newly installed circuit. Great service! Would certainly recommend to others.

The work was very good. The guys were friendly, did good work, and aimed to please. They came back to address a minor fix without any problem. We would definitely use them again.

It was a quick diagnosis. The part that was needed was kind of rare (old product line) but luckily a supplier was close. It was quick, easy and Jason was very friendly and willing (and able) to educate me on some helpful things.
