Description of Work: Overcharged for time. Provider charged for 3 hrs, when he was not here 3 hrs. He was suppose to be at our house at 12:00 but called to say he wouldn't make it till 1:30 or 2:00. That was fine. At 1:25 we sat down for lunch and I said to my husband. " we have at least 10 minutes before he gets here." We finished lunch and he still was not here. That's how I know. My husband had asked the planning desk what the cost might be. She stated " no more than $300". We also had part of the supplies already and he charged $380 for 2 hrs work. NOT happy. My husband did not tell me until after he was gone. The work was fine. That's why he didn't get an F.
