Kenny is good to work with. Fast, knows his stuff & offered solutions to other problems. Used Don's Electric to install new 150 amp service in rental home and they stayed with their quoted price even though there was additional work required. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

It went very well! After they realized they already had a technician in my area and he was almost done with his current client, they were able to squeeze in looking at the issue I had where to breakers had blown at my house. Once he got there he was very professional, quickly realized what needed to be done and had it fixed in no time! We will definitely call them back in the future when we need electrical work!

Kenny arrived on time and was very professional. His work was efficient and great quality. We even asked for a quote for more work in the house. We hope to use them again for other electrical issues in our house and would highly recommend as they are reliable, great quality with a reasonable price.

Went very well. Aaron arrived right on time, immidiately targeted the outlet boxes for bad ground connections and worked his way back to electrical panel. Although I suspected a bad main house ground, Aaron found what are likely the real issues (cannot confirm until next summer though) which were caused by my terrible wiring job on those outlets. He went above and beyond what I even asked him to do by tightening loose connections in my electrical panel which could have contributed to poor appliance efficiency or worse yet, a safety issue. Highly recommended!

Technician arrived promptly at agreed-upon time, was friendly and did his work quickly. What can I say? My dryer didn't turn on before, and now it does :)

It took a long time for him to find out what was wrong. Once he found it, I had to pay an additional fee for another hour. One night after he left, the lamp post he fixed stopped working.

This required replacing outlets, plugs, service entrance & hook-up cord. They arrived with the wrong plug, but found the necessary plug at Grainger and fetched it so they could complete the installation on-schedule.

He was good but he might had a a bad day or something being friendly needs improvement. His work was done perfectly so we would ask him again hoping he's friendlier by then.

I got an email immediately after booking the work through Angie's List from Megan Schmid at Don's. She set up the appointment quickly and sent me a message letting me know exactly who would be at the house and at what time. I was given a 30 minute window, which is pretty much unheard of! I was skeptical that they'd make it, but hopeful that they would. This morning, Kenny showed up as promised within the window promised! I was very happy about that. He got the power connected to the fan and even offered to set the temperature and humidistat for me (thankfully - I don't want to go into the attic!!). The work was finished in a reasonable amount of time, very professionally. After he finished, he even brought in a vacuum cleaner and made sure the entrance to the attic was as clean as it was before he arrived. I would definitely recommend Don's - they are responsive and reasonable. I used the 5% off coupon from Angies List to offset the price a little. Excellent work! Thank you!

Installing vent was not a problem. Had roofers place vent in roof so he did not have to do that part. Modules did not work properly following initial install. However, electrician returned and re-wired the unit based on Panasonic's tech support assistance. Grateful he was able to get modules working - as that was a big part of me choosing this model. He was courteous and on time. Unit was supposed to be easy to install - but that was not the case. However, he persevered and got the job done. This fan is not your usual fan. I'm sure he is now a pro at installing this fan - .3 sones (very quiet.)
