Description of Work: They fogged and powdered. They came back a second time and had to enter my home to fog inside the wall near the yellow jacket point of entry. They were successful to date.

 + -1 moreThe receptionist was polite and knowledgeable on the telephone. The appointment was easy to make and they were over in a couple of days and the technician was on time. The technician was very professional and explained the process. He also recommended other preventive treatments they could provide. They quoted a price range and we ended up in the middle of that range due to the height of the house and the location of the hive. We would use them again and will consider preventive measures in future years.
Description of Work: Removed a large bee hive from under the eaves on the second story of the house.

 + -1 moreMatt arrived on scene with a sidekick and they went to work. The utilized a fogger to kill the nest. Additionally, they used some pesticide dust to eliminate yellow jackets that were returning to rebuild the nest. By the end of the day, I did not see any more evidence of activity.
Description of Work: I had some yellow jackets that were making a nest inside the soffits of my home. I couldn't reach them with the typical hornet spray, so I contacted Bugs Bee Gone.

 + -1 moreAfter his first visit to kill the wasp, he needed to come back a 2nd time to redo it. He didn't charge me for the second visit because it was within a short time of the previous visit. He did a very thorough job in taking care of the wasp nests. I have used the company several times.
