The worker came out and did the powerwashing, which included chemically treating it at the same time, while we were home and completed it all within 1-2 hours and deck looked great the next day (it had been a few years since we had washed and treated it). Over the weekend they sealed the deck and came back on Monday to verify we were satisfied before presenting the invoice. As DIY'ers over the years the price was well worth having it done professionally and in a very timely manner! Kim, who provided quote and answered original questions over the phone was great to work with.

There was a tragedy in the company, it took them couple of days to respond to my telephone call but once the job was set up they came when they said they would come and did a good job.

I just had my house painted and normally when people power wash and seal they spray it on and some of it gets on your house. What Adams Power Wash did was hand brushed next to the house on my deck so that he wouldn't get it all over my house. I thought this was fantastic that he would take that kinda of care. That also turned out to be the thing I didn't like because when he brushed it on next to the house, more seeped onto the wood. So, that wood got a darker color. I mentioned this when he finished, but he said that you just have to wait until it dries. I called back a week later because it was still noticeable and they sent the man right back out to resprayed the area so that it would become more even toned.

Person on phone described service as problem areas would be scrubbed by hand and then pressure washed. Explained it is a 2 story house and one side needed cleaning on entire area, because of birds. I was told it would be no problem. Person that came stated late because got lost. Did not clean house as explained. Had a ladder that barely reached first floor, much less 2nd story. Did spray, but stains remained when dry. We were told stains could not be removed. House looked better, but not what was expected.

I called Adams Power Wash for a free estimate. I talked to Kim. She asked me questions on the phone and said her estimate was the actual price. She said if there was anything different when they got to the job, they would call before they started the work. They were here within four days of our conversation to clean our deck and pavers. When they left, everything was clean and fresh, all around. It looked great. They came back within three days to seal the deck and bricks. They only needed one coat of sealer, TWP. The deck looked better than ever. There was no problem with over-spray from the sealer. The bricks looked like new. Everything happened just like Kim said. There were no extra charges. Everything looked great after each job. I felt comfortable because Kim asked all the right questions concerning my expectations. She answered everything I asked. It's obvious, she knows her business. She made sure we were always on the same page. The job was complete and I am happy.

Work finished in about 2 hours. Very thorough and thoughtful about work. One small shortcoming: I felt the person on the phone was impatient with my questions.
