It didn't. Original contact was made in mid to late May. Owner came out to look at the job site at the end of May. Written proposal received 6/15/17 after I made several requests. Made several attempts to amend the proposal so we could proceed with the work. Final contact was on August 8, when owner agreed that he had "dropped the ball," and would send revised documents right away. After receiving nothing, a week later I began the process with a new contractor.

came in day one and measured an layed out where the fence should go. Installed all posts setting them in concrete. Day two installed fencing and gates. Very professional installation crew.

Overall they did a great job. Their price was very competitive compared to the other quotes we received. They came and did they job to our satisfaction. They were very responsive and checked in with us frequently to make sure that we were happy with the job they were doing.

They were priced right compared to other companies.They were on time and finished the job in the time stated.Would recommend them.

While the work was completed when they said it would be completed, shortly after the work was completed (and the bill was paid), we noticed some defects in the work they performed. I have left voice mails, sent e-mails; and two letters over the past couple of months and have yet to have any of our issues addressed. A while back my wife did get a voice mail from them saying that they had been behind in getting back to people. However, that was at least a month ago. The defects in the fence remain and we have yet to hear back from them. Because of this, we could not recommend this company to others.

Came out to give a quote on a service turns out he could not do what we needed. But he stayed to help us find another company that could maybe replace the railing.

I have used them four times and they are excellent.

I thought their work was very professionally done. The fence looks perfect. The pickets are in a scallop pattern, so they arranged them so the gates didn't interrupt the pattern. My only minor complaint is that it took longer than I thought it should have between signing the contract and the work actually starting. I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't matter too much, but a more timely response time would have been better.

I choose them because everyone I contacted refused to do the work, they are the only who agreed to do the price. Their price is reasonable.

We got several quotes and decided to go with Clery because of their reputation. They were not the best price but we felt they would do a good job. After deciding to go with them we called the office to get it scheduled, at that time we were told they were a little behind and would not be able to start the job for a month. We were disappointed but said ok. A month went by and we had not had any work done nor been contacted by the office with a start date ( they had said they would call a week before starting the job). After another week went by (5 since paying for half the job) I called the office and inquired as to what the status was. I was then told that they would be out the next week, I got the impression that had I not called my job would not have been scheduled. The workers came out and seemed nice enough. They started by digging the holes for the posts which took them 3 days. Since the guys putting the fence up don't to any of the scheduling they had no idea when they would be back to set the posts. Luckily they were back the next day to start. Setting all the posts took another 3 days! We were told that the posts needed to set for a couple of days and then they would start the pannels. Well over a week later ( again I had to call the office) they came back to start the pannels. This process took over 3 days as they did not have all the needed material. Once the pannels were done we had to wait again for the gates to be done because they did not have the required hardware. Again I had to call the office to get information. Over all the job took more than 2 months from quote to completion, also their communition leaves a lot to be desired. The fence looks great but with the amount of money I spent I expected a more professional experience with the office and scheduling. I want to to make sure that I am clear the fence is very nice and looks great so the quality is there. I just feel that their office people need to stay more on top of the projects. Clery is a very big company, they just seem to need a bit of help staying on top of contacting customers.

Arrived promptly as scheduled. Very professional and pleasant. Stated he would email the estimate the following day though I indicated a few days would be fine. The "few days" became unreasonable and I contacted the office on the 14th and soon after on that day received an estimate. I inquired about the warranty and was advised there was none because they were using my existing fence. This made sense but because it invoIved a lot of money I needed the workmanship warranted and to this question he did not respond.

Called Clery to get an estimate on fencing in our backyard. Backyard isn't real level and we knew we wanted a custom fence solution instead of someone who just installed a buncha prebuilt panels. The person who gave the estimate answered all our questions without hesitation and even saved us about $300 in materials by suggesting we go with treated pine instead of the cedar fence boards we were considering. Clery told us it'd be 10-11 days before they could start on the job and they did start on the job the day they said they'd be there. They came in on a Tuesday and sunk 23 fence posts in about three hours - said they'd be back on Friday to build the fence. Being a little overbooked they didn't make it back to complete the installation until the following Tuesday, a week from when they started the job. All in all Clery did a phenomenal job installing and leveling the fence when the backyard wasn't level and they ran into quite a few rocks and roots digging the post holes. The two-man crew that built the fence took a total of about ten hours over two days start to finish. The aluminum frame they used to build the gate was a nice surprise, the workers were thorough and their attention to detail was second to none. After watching these guys I learned I had no idea how to build a fence and I'm glad I had Clery do the work - I'd hire them again in a second. As I mentioned the only problem we had was a two-day delay because they were a bit overbooked. Highly recommended. Finished price was the same or less than the local home supply store would have charged to install prebuilt panels, the materials used were far superior to what the home supply store would have provided and we're very happy with the fence.

He was really genuine and honest. I could tell he cared about my dogs and recommended the right materials for the dogs. I thought they were a good company. I was impressed with their customer service and product knowledge. I called several times, and the girl that answered was very nice. They always got back with me and took the time to answer any questions that I had. We are doing the fence in pieces, and Greg was easy about offering that solution. I will continue to have them work on this project in the future and have recommended them to others.

Clery was incredibly flexible to work with, offering us lots of choices, and even sending their crew to complete the installation on New Year's Eve so that the fence would be in place when we moved in with our dog just after the first of the year. They took great care to make sure the fence would create a completely secure yard for our dog, asking about her size, digging tendencies, etc. and then adjusting both the height of the fence and how far into the ground it went. I would absolutely use them again.
