Description of Work: Estate Sale held May 8 & 9, 2015. It was not until I filed a complaint with the BBB and posted poor online reviews that the owner responded with a contrived accounting of the sale, charging a commission $836 higher than the gross proceeds even though the contract was to give her 15% of the Gross, which I believe was substantially more than she claims - contents, household items, collectibles, vintage jewelry and quality furniture accumulated over 60 years sold for $2100!

Dawn and Marvin were punctual and efficient, as well as compassionate regarding the sentimental value attached to family and quot;treasures.and quot; They kindly worked around our schedules and even worked on weekends to get the sale ready (I had no problem entrusting them with a key to the house). Not only were they considerate and easy to work with, this couple really knows what will sell and what won't. I highly recommend A Timeless Estate for your estate liquidation, downsizing or moving needs!!
Description of Work: I hired Dawn and Marvin Runyan from A Timeless Estate to liquidate the contents of my family home after we moved. They dusted off, organized, priced, staged, and sold three generations worth of stuff in three weeks! They also took care of promoting the sale within special estate sale networks.
