We have been dealing with them for over two years trying to get the patio door fix. They have tried three different doors none of them were done right--glass was dirty in the indside of a doulble pane glass. Then thee was water coming into the room from the door. The tech drill holes in the door rail to let out water. Year later discovery that he drill the hole into the floor and the water ruin the underflooring. The underflooring had to be re done and new door put in. That door was not right it was warped and could not close without banging against frame--During this time they turned the problem over to other company to fix. They have not responded for over 6 months. This does include the problem with the windows that have iced up inside the house whenever the temp get to below 0 This is not a good product or companies to do busniness with.
