+ -1 morewell was in a location where the truck couldn't be used. the guys came with some special tools to pull the pump by hand. called another place who said they didn't even want to attempt to pull by hand. work was done quickly and properly. pump and drop pipe was replaced and have had no problems since [about 4 months].
