Description of Work: I subscribe to their furnace / A/C maintenance program. Twice a year they come check one or the other out. Very thorough.

Description of Work: The furnace guy stuck their advertising stickers all over our furnace. I did not care for that and ended up peeling them all off. I hired someone else to come out the next time. They were much better.

I pay approximately $180 per year for both winter & summer check ups and a percentage off any item needed like humidifier filters, air filters, etc. They show up on time, clean up after themselves and don't try to sell me things I don't need. I'm very pleased.

The final price was exactly what they said it would be. I thought the price was good and fair. No hidden costs or surprises. The installers were friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything when they left. I was impressed with their work, as was my husband. Description of Work: They did a semi annual check on our furnace system. We also pay them $13 a month for a contract for them to do this twice a year. They installed a new furnace filter that cost $40.00.

Description of Work: I have Schaafsma handle all maintenance on my furnace/AC/generator and water heater. They come when they say they will, always cover their shoes when in the house and are friendly and professional. They fixed my generator after another local company told me that it was irreparable and handed me a quote for $5,000 for a replacement that I didn't need. I would highly recommend Schaafsma.

Am part of their "Red Carpet" program whereby you pay a mos'ly fee for these checks and get discounts and faster service in emergencies. Get to know the fellas....haven't had a one that I haven't appreciated....Terry is especially informative. All have readily answered all my questions and have made me feel that they were not in a rush. Polite. Professional. They even wear shoe covers!
