+ -1 moreHad one situation where a window was shorted out and would not come back up. They found the issue and got the window back up for $75. A second issue where the tailights did not work at all on a vehicle. After pulling out all the wires and not finding any issue, I took it to Double Eagle and they found a wire shorted out by a radio ground done by the former owner on the back of the ashtray. They evaluated and fixed it for $75.00. Third issue no turn signals. They evaluated and told me that part of the steering unit needed replacemment, for $75.00. I bought the unit and supplied it to him and then he put it in for an additional $100.
Description of Work: This company has a machine that can evaluate any electrical problem inside a vehicle for a one time charge of $75. No other company has this equipment to my knowledge. Most auto companies tell you that they will have to trace the electrical issue by hand, and that they do not know how long it will take, but they charge at least $55 per hour and it could takes many hours. This comapny can do it quickly in a few minutes. Then he can tell you what it will cost to fix it and you can make the choice to repair it yourself, have someone else do it or have him do it. But the most you will spend up front is $75. Much better than anywhere else I have ever been. I have used his services at least three times on shorts in electrical systems that other service centers where unable to locate. I am 100% satisfied.
