All "A"s They are very easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions, helped me with paint choices, just I mean, came out, sent workers and also the owner came out to the job and inspected, made sure that everything was being done to my satisfaction, and then we hired them again at one of our businesses.

Things went great. The repairs and painting were completed over the course of 2-3 days. Ryan was good at communicating when people would be there and the team was polite.

Once again an excellent job done. This is the second project I have hired them to do and am very pleased with the results. They took extra care to protect my floors (new carpeting) and furniture. They do the highest quality work that I have ever seen. I highly recommend them. Well worth every dollar spent (for both projects). I will hire them for all my future projects.

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. They came to give us an estimate within about 2 days of calling them, and starting working within 2-3 weeks. The job took 3 days to complete, and the painter (Eric) was always on time and worked straight through the day. The efficiency was impressive, but the quality of work even better. I always thought you hired a painter just because you didn't want to do it yourself. Now I will hire Woodbrook because I want the finished product to be exceptional. They are worth every penny, and we will definitely use them again!

Work was done per agreement. Keith was very responsive. There was some conflict around what was included in the contract vs. new woodwork items that were worked on. Some post clean up issues as well. Keith was quick to resolve all issues. Had amicable resolution on all issues.

Julie in their office was a key player in getting things organized and making things run smoothly. They provided us with the estimate and their crew came out and pressure washed the entire home. They even power washed the discolored brick even though it wasn't going to be painted. They replaced wood that could not be just painted and covered up and caulked. They painted TWO coats on the house. The methods they used were rollers, brushes, and air sprayers. There was an unavoidable accident. A fan ventilation duct at the back of the house that was damaged. When I pointed it out they took a picture of it and had someone come out and replace it, no argument. We consider excellent work to be done by all the crew members, and there were quite a few of them here. When you have good crew members that is a reflection on management. Management at this company could take a bow, too. They were good enough to leave me with two cans of paint, they used two colors, in case I need it in the future. They were good enough that after they were done, I had failed to mention an area that needed to be repainted around a basement window, they sent out a man to fix that area and a few other small areas, no questions asked. The individual who came out to do the finishing touches, Chad Pully, was very thorough and paid attention to detail to finish up a few areas that needed a touch up.

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and did a very good job. All painting and staining was well done. They were very polite and respectful and answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the work.

Ryan's team did a great job. The results were as expected and well done. The only feedback I would give the company is to consider squeegeeing your customers' windows after powerwashing, as once the crew left my windows were very water stained and I had to go out and clean them later myself. Not a big deal, but it could be a quick way to improve your customer experience. The prep work and paint work was otherwise good, and I have no complaints.

Excellent results. Professional, timely, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants quality work done. I would hire them again.

Eric arrived on time on the scheduled day. After looking over the room, he brought in the materials, set up, and began the job. He worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently - the prep, closet, trim, and ceiling were completed the first day. He arrived the second day and finished the walls. My husband was amazed, saying it was the best painting job EVER!! Eric completed the work in an independent fashion, didn't require any assistance, and was so quiet, we hardly knew he was in the house! When the job was completed, Eric cleaned up all the materials, left the remaining paint, and vacuumed the carpet. The room is ready for furniture!!

The company's estimate was timely, thorough and presented very professionally. I appreciate the level of customer service even though I've decided not to move forward with the actual service.

I called them for an estimate. They promised to send someone out in the next week to week and a half to provide an estimate. They never showed up and never called. Wasted my time. i identified several Service Providers that i'd like to contact for this job, printed off names, times, and phone numbers. When i called them i left notes on the pages i printed out and i kept track of what we talked about during the phone calls in my notes..

the painters were wonderful and right on time. i am very happy with the results and will be using woodbrook again in the future.

I have painted this house myself for the last 17 years and so I know the things that have to get done to make it right. Woodbrook seemed to know about all those things and covered them in their initial bid. They spec'ed the best materials and an excellent process. A bit of mis-communication got in the way, but the owner was at the house in no time resolving the issue and making things right.. The crew was extremely conscientious and capable. Cleanup was excellent. I could not find a spot they missed or an area that wasn't done excellently. My paint job should last. I am quite satisfied.

When they finished the only thing they left behind was a good-looking house! We will definitely use them again.

We had the BEST experience with Woodbrook. They are responsive and accessible for quote discussions, as well as during the job. The team for our project was absolutely outstanding. They paid great attention to detail and executed everything perfectly. We have had other painters for inside work and patching on the outside. None seemed like a good fit for painting and repairing the outside of our 1925 Craftsman house. We chose Woodbrook from Angie's List research and are so happy with the results. Our house looks great! We do have 2 small follow ups (one may be due to weather), that are being addressed quickly, so no issues. We are extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them. We are so happy to have them as a resource.

I called their office the week before they were to begin the job and talked to the office to leave a message for Ryan, who had come out and given me the estimate because I wanted my 2 exterior door frames painted the same as the walkout garage. She said she would give him the message.They came out on the date they gave me and did a fantastic job on the garage, I was very pleased but it seems they had overestimated the paint by a gallon. The dining room was great also but after it was completed and I looked more closely I saw that gaps between the walls and the molding were not caulked as I thought they should be. Other than that it was done to my satisfaction. But the exterior doorways were not touched. I spoke to the man who did the outside when he knocked on my door and asked about the doorways and he told me no one had told him to do them. I was not happy because the powerwasher washed the doorframes and I assumed the request was taken care of. I feel for the price I was charged that everything should have been completed. I understood that the door frames would be more because they were added after the quote for the rest of the painting but now I have all the extra paint and no one to do the painting.

Keith came out for the estimate - very professional and presented all credentials. Once we accepted estimate, and contracted with him, he set up the job in a timely manner. The workers were punctual, friendly, professional, worked hard, did a very good job. Keith came out to inspect.

I had several bids and this was not the lowest cost. However, they seemed to know the most about how to do the job right. Other vendors were just going to slap on easily available materials with poor ratings on the web. They specified the best materials and quoted all the right steps to make the deck look great. The workers were very professional and went out of their way to do a quality job and not make a mess. I believe my money was well spent. The deck looks awesome and should last a while.

Painters were prompt. I was told that I did not have to take any pictures down. They covered the furniture. Sanding residue noted behind all of the picures and noticed slightly on the wood floors. I would recommend taking everything off of the walls! Because of all the rain we had in May it took a few weeks for the deck to be completely finished. Wood poles holding up the foundation fo the deck were not painted. Our deck stands approx 5 1/2 feet off of the ground level. Called a couple times about this issue. Approximately a week and a half later the rest of the deck was painted. The deck does look nice!

I purchased a big deal online and sent an email to the service provider on Angie's List. They got back to me by email and said that they wound need to come out and do an estimate. When he came out, he gave me a quote for $1000 but I bought a deal with Angie's List for $349. When I told him that I bought the deal with Angie's List he got upset and told me that he didn?t know it was an Angie?s List deal and it was not on his paperwork. He then stated that his coming out was a waste of time and that they didn?t do small jobs anyway.

The provider was unwilling to come out and provide an estimate to something that is within their service area (A significant amount of drywall repair, one very large room of painting and three very large rooms of ceiling painting). Apparently they are not interested in new business. I apologize for wasting your time (as a customer) as it sure seemed like your representative had other more important things to do. I base my business off of quality of work - if your company performed well there is an abundance of work available - however, it is apparent that you are not intending to grow your business.
