Never returned my call

This was an Angie's Big Deal for wallpaper removal and wall prep for painting. The worker arrived on time, was here for 8 hours solid, did a fantastic job, removed a chair rail, got rid of all the wallpaper and glue and repaired the drywall. Tested in advance for lead paint as required by law for a house the age of mine. Extremely professional, great work, will definitely have them back to do the painting as soon as I have enough money. They were great.

I took advantage of the special deal this contractor provided for Angie's List customers. It was well worth the price. Ryan was punctual, courteous, and professional. He worked hard throughout the 8 hours that I had pre-bought. The bathroom walls were perfect for painting once Ryan finished. I was very pleased and will use this contractor again should the need arise.

Solid work, including some light carpentry. Other vendors may go into more detail in prep but for cost and quality Woodbrook was a solid choice. They were almost half a competing estimate.

I could not say any more positive about their guys. They are just really good. They had a four-man crew, and they worked their tails off. They were really hardworking guys. I chose them because they had several very good ratings on Angie’s List, and when the estimator came, he just seemed a pretty straightforward guy.

We had removed the wallpaper ourselves but they removed the glue residue and repaired and sanded the walls before painting They did an excellent job. Everything looks pristine. Its the first time we've had a job done where my husband has been 100% happy with everything the first time around. They were punctual, professional and cleaned up. We will definitely call them again.

They were very professional and did a very good job. From the first contact with the owner, to the proposed bid, to the finished job. The board in our condo association was very pleased with the work they did, and they worked with us to meet our budget.

Owner came out when he said he would to provide an estimate. We reviewed the estimate and gave him the OK to begin. Work was completed within 3 days. We have a 2 story colonial with attached 3 car garage with wood trim around windows and below roof-line. Price was a little higher than other estimates, but based on Angie's List reviews, we were comfortable with the quality of work we were going to get. And that turned out to be a good assumption. They did a great job on replacing all of our old/warped boards and completing the paint job. They didn't hurt any of the bushes/shrubs in our front yard, and left no mess behind after the job was completed - like they were never there. We were very pleased with the full experience. They arrived when they said they would, provided a competitive price, did a quality job in a timely fashion, and left no garbage behind after the job. Our neighbors came over after they were done, and asked how we liked them. We said we were very happy, and they had them do some work for them as well. They were also pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

The house belongs to my mother who is in a nursing home and I am only able to be there every other week so I needed someone who was willing to accommodate my schedule. The estimate was delivered in my absence and available when I next was able to return. We communicated entirely by phone but I was confident that they would do a good job based on previous reviews. When the job was completed, I received a call and was told they would send me the bill. I returned to the house on 10/17 and found the job completed to my satisfaction. I mailed the payment and called the company to let them know how pleased I was with the job. I may contact them in a few months to do some interior painting.

Asked for quote and they responsed in a number of days. Based on the price and pasted reviewes hired the company for the job. Within about two/ three weeks they came out and completed job in 1 day by clauking and painting (2 coats) the house. Had a minor issue with one area which had missed clauk which they promptly fixed. Overall good quality, price, and timing.

They showed up, did the repairs and staining in a timely manner. All went well

We have accepted the estimate but, the work hasn't begun yet. I'm very impressed with the company. They are very professional. My overall experience with them has been excellent so far.

When I spoke with them on the phone, the woman said she would have a man call me shortly after to schedule. She explained some pricing options which I agreed to. However, nobody has ever called me or came to my house.

Keith at Woodbrook was very professional in his estimate and the painters did a very good job. They were punctual, cleaned up after the job was done, and did what they were contracted to do. When they found a couple of problem areas, I was called before any decisions were made and was told what the problem was, the solution, and the estimated cost. They final price came in right on the estimate. Al in all, I was very pleased and would use them again.

Woodbrook Painting & Powerwashing were great. Unfortunately, they caught the worst week to plan doing it but that was weather related, not in their control and that kind of threw a wrench in their plans a little bit. They did a very good job even though they lost out on a few days of work because of the rain and the holiday. The final day they sent a crew double the size that they would normally send out so that they could knock out all the work in that one day and get back onto regular schedule. I was very happy with them. I would definitely use them in the future and I even recommended them to my neighbor down the street while they were out here.

We hired Woodbrook to paint the exterior of our home and are delighted with the outcome of their work. Our home had not been painted in several years and was also in need of extensive repairs in several areas. Keith asked us the right questions during the quote process and was able to provide us with recommendations suiting our needs. We received quotes from other companies and this was not always the case. Keith's prices were competitive and he was upfront with us regarding "best and worst case" repair scenarios. Both the painting estimate and repair estimates came in well within the estimated range. The Woodbrook crew showed up on time, were professional, hard working and courteous, getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The process of painting a home includes more than having a crew doing the actual painting. From the beginning Keith expressed a sincere interest in our business. I measured his interest by his prompt follow up, intelligent responses to questions, and attention to detail during the bid process. Once we agreed to proceed, Keith updated us daily on a start date (weather had an impact) and once work started it proceeded to completion without delay. Now that we're done, our house hasn't looked this good in 15 years! I am confident we made the best decision to hire Woodbrook Painting and am happy to provide them with our highest recommendation.

It was a very good experience. They did what they said what they were going to do. They got it done on time and they followed up. They responded when I called.

It was all excellent. The job was prompt and very well done.

We recently replaced our roof and we chose the wrong color. We decided we had to repaint the house to match. We had no idea what color to choose and we didn't want to paint the bricks, so we were looking for a lot of help in color choice! We found Woodbrook Painting on Angie's List and gave them a call. Keith from Woodbrook was extremely professional and great. He asked me lots of questions about what I wanted and gave me lots of suggestions. We told him about our color problem and he told me that he works with a decorator that will come out and help us pick out colors as part of our painting package. Jill Wallace came out and helped pick out great colors for the house! We would have been lost without her! Keith's quote was competitive and everything was listed out in the price. He communicated with us every step of the way and kept us in the loop about when they would come out and do the work. Keith's two employees who painted our house were the greatest! They were the nicest guys and so professional! They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards! I can't say enough good things about them! The whole experience was great. I would recommend Woodbrook painting to everyone.

I met Keith (the owner) of Woodbrook who was recommended to me through Davis Outdoor Services to stain the deck on my home and the two docks that are on my property. Keith offered me a couple different stain options and explained to me the process that they would use for refinishing my deck and docks. They would put plastic up on the side of the house and put tarps down underneath to prevent any stain from getting on the house or the terrace area below. They would start by powerwashing the decks, then stripping the decks and finally apply 3 coats of stain to finish them. His crew followed the procedure exactly and did a great job in staining the decks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for staining and / or painting.

The whole experience was good. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and we were very happy with the finished job. We received several estimates and their price was very fair We would definitely use them again.

They wanted to charge me over $100 to come out and do "mandatory" lead-based paint testing before they would even give me an estimate. I am not going to pay someone to put holes in my walls when all I want is new doors and trim painted. Nonsense! There is no mandate for testing. It is the same as when you buy your home, you waive the process.

They did a good job. They were very profesional and courteous, but we ended up doing the work ourselves to save money. I would definitely call them if I need them again in the future and I'd recommend them to anybody.
