Did an excellent job overall. Communication could have been a little better in terms of scheduling and when work was going to be performed. Truck broke down on first scheduled day of work and they thought they would not be able to make. They adjusted and were only a couple hours late. Very friendly and professional workers. Good job cleaning up after. Work itself is excellent.

Called Aug 6th and left a message with explanation of what I needed. Never received a call back.

Got the original proposal the end of May (I only wish I was there when the guy came out to look at the work that needed to be done). I said I wasn't in a hurry to get the work done. I had to call and leave messages a few times to get an estimate of when the work would be done, since I hadn't heard back from them. We had to work around vacations and rain, but they finally came and cleared the decks and power washed the middle of July. A week later a crew came and within 4 hours had all the work done and cleaned up. They left a few splashes of stain on my siding and windows, but I easily cleaned it up. The decks, garage door, and trim look great! They were very professional and were eager to please. I will definitely use them again!(

Free estimate was provided quickly in a very detailed, professional manner. The estimate included specific details on the work to be performed, appropriate state licensing, insurance and BBB information. Requested a second estimate/walk around prior to contracting with this company to go over details of work to be performed/expectations in more depth. Power washing was completed while I was at work. Was contacted by company representative shortly thereafter to let me know that painters would be showing up in the next few days. 2 man painting crew arrived and completed all the prep work, required repairs and painting in one day. Crew was responsive to my requests, seemed eager to please the customer and work quality was acceptable. Company representative followed up by telephone a few days later to inquire about my satisfaction.

Someone came out to give a quote and they said I'd get a call to get on the schedule. I never received a call so I called them and left a message with no return call. The quote seemed high anyway $240 to power wash the deck, front walk and front of the house. I ended up buying a power washer for $170 and doing it myself.It looks great! DIY. Since no return calls from Woodbrook.

We gave a deposit a month ago they said two to three wks have not started yet. Called twice still wanting for a return call. Would like to use them just not sure we can wait any longer. The work was done on July 13th. They did a great job had one small area that needed redoing, they cam back in a few days and redid the area. We are happy with the job.

I liked everything about them. They are probably the one that we are going to go with.

I could not have asked for anything better. From my first call on everything was prompt and done perfectly. I had a lower price bid but decieded upon Woodbrook due to the very quick response I got and the detail s of the quote. The amount of drywall work that was done was much more than I expected. They fixed every minor flaw and the walls now look brand new. The painting was done perfectly and I could not be happier.

Woodbrook came out promptly after my request for an estimate on cleaning & sealing the floor of my deck. When the guys came out to wash the deck the carefully removed all of my deck furniture and began the cleaning process. A couple of days later the guys came back to seal the deck with a cedar tone finish. Beautiful! Great prices and impeccable work.

We were very impressed that along with their quote, Woodbrook provided copies of their license, insurance and references from previous customers without us asking for them. Ryan and Keith were friendly and professional. The men that painted the house worked really hard and did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with their work and would use them again for future projects.

The overall quality of the work was great and I would use them again.

He sent 2 men for 4 hours to do the work. The coupon quoted $300.00 for 8 hours. He came out and tapped the walls for lead testing when he came to give the quote and charged me $90. He also told the guys that came it would be an additional $30.00 for supplies. The coupon even stated minor repairs would be completed as well and there were some little holes in the walls that weren't repaired. I think in the coupon they should mention the additional charges. However, the guys that came to do the work were great.

I couldn't have been happier with the work Keith and his crew did. The patching and drywall work his crew does is second to none and the painting is flawless. They are very thorough and left the place very neat every night. They may not be the cheapest but it is money well spent.

I cannot say enough positive things about Woodbrook Painting & Powerwashing. Simply put, they were FANTASTIC. If you're wondeirng if you should hire them, do not wonder... HIRE THEM! They were responsive, punctual, professional, and hard working. We had originally purchased one day of wallpaper/adhesive removal thru an Angie's List deal, and they moved so efficiently, we ended up paying them to paint the rooms as well. We had removed the wallpaper ourselves, so they had to remove the glue and do patchwork. They did a fantastic job. We ran into issues with the paint we selected not looking right (it turned out to be a primer issue). They had to spend another entire day re-painting, and the did not charge us one penny for it. In the words of Keith, the owner, he said they needed to fix the problem and it wasn't our fault. I feel fortunate that he had such a customer-service focus; I feel like many others would have charged us for the service, or at the very least fought us on it. Not Woodbrook! The paint job looks great. We ran into another issue because we replaced the light fixture in the ceiling and had to do a patch paint job. This was 2 months after they had completed the work. W realized (after 2 tries) that we could not find an exact match, so we e-mailed Keith just to get the name of the paint so that we could go buy it. Not only did Keith respond promptly, but he gave us a can of paint, at no charge, since he said he had extra. They were fair with their costs, quick to respond, and honest. I wish more businesses conducted themselves like Woodbrook.

My experience with Woodbrook Painting was excellent. I took advantage of their wallpaper removal special - 8 hours of wallpaper removal for approximately $250.00. This offer sounded like a bargain to me because I hate removing wallpaper and preparing the walls for painting. After purchasing the offer through Angies List, I called Woodbrook and arranged for them to do the work on March 25th. The worker showed up exactly on time, and was very professional and very polite. He took care to cover all the cabinets and floors to keep things clean and safe. He worked hard the whole day, and didn't even take a lunch break. He finished all the work I had (a large kitchen and a smaller space adjoining the kitchen). He removed the paper, cleaned off all the glue, repaired any defects in the walls, and rolled on a wall sealer. When he was finished, the walls looked brand new! I would recommend Woodbrook without hesitation, and I will definitely use them again when we get around to removing wallpaper in our dining room and bathrooms.

He gave me a fair estimate and completed the job on time for the agreed price. Keith sent a painter to follow up and paint repaint areas of the walls along the deck where the stain had splashed onto the siding.

Woodbrook is at the top of my list as the first people I call for drywall repairs or painting. I had 2 large rooms, our foyer and half bath painted the week of March 4, 2013. The work is beautiful. During the estimate I was asked thorough and detailed questions; including things that I had not thought about. When they came the first day the representative introduced me to the painters and they again initiated walking through each room and discussing everything that was to be done...down to what drapery brackets to remove or keep on the wall. It was nice to see that the representative and painters took the care to be clear about what I wanted. The painters did not mess around and got right to work. I mentioned to my husband that other than lunch, I don't think I ever noticed them taking a break. We cleared the rooms of breakables, pictures and easy to move items the night before. The painters moved large furniture into the middle of the room and thoroughly covered everything. I also like that they used Benjamin Moore paints. My favorite. Cleanup -- fantastic. Floors were swept and dusted, furniture was moved back to approximately where it was originally and the rooms were left very clean. The painters themselves were very professional, polite and I was very comfortable having them in my home. I would gladly have them back in my home and definitely recommend them.

Woodbrook Painting & Powerwashing LLC were very efficient and got everything done that I had hoped that they would get down. They got two rooms done in the eight hours under the Angie's Big Deal. They were flexible on their scheduling and very upfront about any additional costs that might be involved. Like I said, he came out here, got right to work and was finished in the eight hours I had paid for. I just had a great overall experience. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Woodbrook Painting & Powerwashing LLC were good. They were a little more expensive than others.

They did an excellent job. Walls were prepared properly and only required a light sanding and wet cloth before painting. Only complaint, but everything turned out fine, was that they arrived 20 minutes late. Since the work was done in a dental office, I was nervous they wouldn't finish on time. They finished on time and I will hire them again.
