+ -1 moreTHEY INCLUDED THE COST IN THE PRICE OF BUILDING MY HOME. I THINK THAT THEY DID AN ALRIGHT JOB. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THE BUILDERS WERE FINISHED WITH THE WHOLE HOUSE BEFORE THEY INSPECTED IT.
