He was very nice and looked at all three projects. They went back to the truck and took some time to draw up a quote that included prices with and without their membership program. Since I had three prjects it would have been cheaper to join the program but for the one project I was planning for them to do today the price was double what I had been quoted by another plumber. I was shocked. All of the prices seemed really high. The main project was the install of a thermostatic valve in my master shower. I was quoted 350 and 300 by two other plumbers but they couldn't get out for a couple weeks so I agreed to have thomas out thinking the price would be similar. They quoted me 740 for the same work!! I ended up paying them 69 to come out and give me the quotes. My biggest issue is that he made a huge deal out of the fact that all the prices come from a book of predetermined prices but they refuse to quote anything over the phone. Of course they do that to get people to pay them 69 to come give overpriced quotes. Then what really upset me was he suggested that the other plumbers I had talked to were unlicensed and off craigs list. They were actually people who's cards I got at the plumbing house where I purchased the valve to be installed. They were also licensed. My suggestion is that you call elsewhere. They may do great work but you can get great work at a much better price and you shouldn't have to join a membership program for $150 a year to get a discount on their sky high prices.

I love them. I use them all the time. I recommend them whenever anybody needs plumbing. They have a membership plan that I always encourage people to do. It's like $120 a year or something and you get a discount if you have any work done, you get free trip visit like if they have to come and quote something, they don't charge you for the trip visit and then they also you a once a year inspection on your plumbing. It's just really good. They answer things promptly, they're all very friendly and they go above and beyond what they need to do in terms of what they're doing. They always go a step above to make sure everything is set up. When we were talking about possibly glazing our tub and toilet, the head of the company of Thomas is actually looking into that for me in terms of finding somebody who will do that.

I love them. they did a bunch of work for us last year and I recommend them to everybody. They're just really personable. The plan is a really good deal. They worked quickly and they're very friendly. They'll come out just to help, like when we had issues with our drain that they couldn't actually fix but I didn't completely understand what was going on and they actually came out and explained to me exactly what we needed to have the drain people do and what would be considered ripping us off and stuff like that.

I had someone come out last Friday to do an inspection and a quote on all the work I needed done. The plumber spent several hours checking everything I asked as well as things I didn't know to ask about. He was able to give me a quote same day (although it did take some time since I had a lot of work done) and we were able to schedule the work to be performed today (Tuesday of the next week). Two of the plumbers came to the house to work and it took them the entire work day, but it was all done and looks great. They put down a drop cloth and wore covers on their shoes. They were friendly and polite and after the work was completed showed me all the work they had done. They even were kind enough to move my old washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher to the garage for me. While it did cost more money then I would have liked to spend the company offers a lot of good deals (like an annual membership with free yearly inspections, a discount, and no service charge) so it was worth it. I plan to use them again when I need my bathrooms redone.
