Description of Work: I requested from service master estimates for refinishing my pool. I had a few and Prestiege has a good salesman that gave me the best price. They have been in business for quite a few years and I have used service master a few times with great success. Prestiege did the renovation and it came out very nice. I had them close the pool because of this. When they reopened the pool I had set up a date but they never showed up. They had called me with the date opening and I had to call them when they never showed. When I called they were very rude and obnoxious. I did not call them for the opening they told me they were very busy and could not fit me in. I had planned a party and told them I was disappointed they told me to use someone else. The son called me later and apologized. I had them open my pool. I have had this pool for 30 years, when I came home the pool was still dirty and not cleaned. I called a company I use all the time and they had to vacuum the pool add chemicals and the pool was still yellow. I called Prestiege about the yellow pool they stated it was because my cover was full of holes. Had they told me when they closed the pool the cover would cause this I would have replaced the cover last year. Anyway Paradise Pool whom I have used for years told me it should come out with just chlorine. Well it never did come out and the surface is rough not smooth like it was last year. I have called prestiege a few times trying to get some answer but they never returned my call. I would never use them again. They said they would come out and look at it but never have they come back with a response. The surface is like it was 5 years old not like a new surface this leads me to believe they have an inferior quality of work and they do not stand behind their work. I would never recommend them for any pool service the closing, the opening and the work are extremely inferior, they may have a good price but their quality is not worth it. Also they never included the price of replacing the skimmer or the water they had delivered.
