Description of Work: I phoned for A/C service and the receptionist quoted their diagnostic price, $77, and said the service technician could get there in about an hour. Surprisingly, he was. To try to fix the problem he suggested a replacement capacitor, a common solution to the problem I had. He put it in, but it did not work. But no problem, he took it out with no mention of trying to charge me. He said then I probably needed new fan motor, but didn't have it with him. he said he would have the office check and call me back. surprise #2, they did early this morning. We agreed on the price $532, and said he would be back at 1pm. Surprise #3, he was on time, fixed it quickly, and was very professional. No up selling as some have said they do. I would recommend them to others and use their services again
