Inspection and tune up of air conditioning system. Very thorough. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Did give me some suggestions that saved me some money when they could have tried to sell me something instead of just giving advice. Just in and out - very straightforward which I appreciate greatly. Would definitely use again.

I purchased a big deal for an annual furnace checkup. The price was very good, particularly when I compared it to what other companies were charging. I was given the next available appointment which was only a couple of weeks out. Their rep arrived exactly on time,completed a thorough checkup and cleaning and conducted himself with courtesy and professionalism. I will be calling them in the spring to service my air conditioning unit.

I thought the price was high, but no other company was available to do the work that day, so I asked them to make the repair. I had requested a breakdown of the costs prior to the work being done, but they refused. It only took the repairman an hour for the repair. I estimated that the cost of the parts was less than $50, so the labor equated to $300 / hour! We also had previously purchased a water softener from someone else and asked Matheson to quote the installation. Their quote was about $1,000. Later that day we had another company from Angie's List provide an estimate. Their quote was only $575. This confirmed my concerns that Matheson charged too much for the original repair. This was very disappointing, because I specifically signed up for Angie's list, because I wanted to avoid haggling about the service and price.

Dennis was on time, very professional and took his time to check and inspect everything. I have the feeling they are reliable company. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Tech was on time. Prompt and Professional.

Tech did a great job. Took apart boiler and cleaned everything. We were very impressed and it was a great deal.

I went on Angie's list to find a Heating and Cooling Co. to clean 3 furnaces. I came across Mathesons. The company had an A rating and a coupon that offered furnace cleaning and inspection for $55.00. Since I had three furnaces to be cleaned this was an extremely good deal. I made the appointment and was told I would be called 30 minutes prior to them arriving. As it turned out the tech had the wrong number but called the office to verify my appointment. The office called me and everything went as planned. The tech, Travis, I believe was his name, was very professional and got right to the job. The next day I had an appointment for a furnace cleaning at my house. I totally forgot about the appointment and left the house on an errand. When I remembered the appointment I called the office and they were able to re-route the tech (Travis again) to allow me time to get home and not miss my appointment.

Horrible. I bought the deal on the site. It said that I would be contacted by the provider by November 4. It is November 19 and I am yet to receive a call. I will be requesting a refund and will contact another provider.

My husband handled it so there isn't much of a story except that he was pleased.

The service was performed promptly and professionally and I will definitely use them again.

I worked through three quotes and although Matheson was not the lowest they were the most complete and knowledgeable. The system was a really good balance between state-of-the-art and the system the system that offered the best return on investment. Although we talked about many different options I felt the system that we finally decided upon is a good solid solution that we will be comfortable with for years to come. This was a very large job and they showed up with a large team and completed the job in one day with a little touch up on Saturday. The sales engineer was very helpful in understanding the options and what the real cost of the system was going to be after rebates. I he helped out by applying for the rebates on my behalf, very welcome add.

I called them about work on my furnace because they have such great reviews on Angie's List. The person who answered the phone said a gentleman would call me the next morning to set up an appointment. Three days later, and I still haven't heard back from them. I finally called another company. Perhaps Matheson's does good work, but it is very unprofessional never to return a call for service.

My furnace was shutting down frequently, but it is not an old furnace. I bought the special 10-point inspection. The gentleman arrived on time, and went right to work. He checked everything, and cleaned out the dirt. The furnace has work superbly ever since. He was very professional, and explained thoroughly my problem (a lot of dirt). I woulld definately call Matheson again for any problems my furnace and air conditioner are having, or for purchasing new units.

Trevor was careful and thorough. He didn't do a hard sell on the humidifier pad, just showed it to me and said he had a new one if I wanted to buy it. He was very personable and professional.

I purchased a Deal for an inspection at my house. I received an email a day later stating that they did not come to my area for service. Thankfully Angie's List refunded my account the full amount.

The service was excellent. They were timely, called first and the communication with them was excellent. The installation went smoothly. Three people removed the old water heaters and put the new ones in. They completed the work in the frame in they indicated they would , which was about four hours. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

The service provider failed to respond after multiple calls and emails, when I finally contacted them by phone, they told me they cannot make appointments on Saturdays, that I should call on Monday.

I bought the furnace cleaning through your website. I knew my furnace needed cleaning but it also would not stay lite. He showed up at the correct time. When cleaning the furnace he showed me the part that was causing the problem. He cleaned that part and now I have heat. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not need to buy anything else.

Matheson was quick to contact me regarding scheduling our appointment. They showed up on schedule and completed the work in a professional manner.

I purchased a coupon for a furnace 10 point inspection. The listing showed that it was available in my area but when I called to make and appointment I was told they do not service my area. We are in the same county as they are & they service the town next to us. Their loss!!!!

It went very well. I purchased a one for myself and one for my son. They came out and did their job and did it well.
