+ -1 moreLeft a message on Friday after hours asking for a return call on Monday. As of Monday morning - No call received. We called back again Monday morning and made an appointment for Wednesday same week. Asked for 30 minute pre-arrival call (appt. scheduled from 9-11 a.m.) - guess what - NO CALL on appointment day! Day of expected service (TODAY) - placed call to provider; asking for timing since we hadn't heard from anyone. Lenny's said they would call back in 10 minutes to provide update. Customer called back 20 minutes later to find that no appointment was scheduled and that they we may not get service today as others have frozen pipes & emergency situations. Lack of urgency or professional service from Lenny's - absolutely would not recommend!
Description of Work: Provider did not show any urgency with returning call from over weekend.

Description of Work: Completely covered pipes with new heat tape. Then covered with a foam insulation. The job was done neatly and in a timely manor. After the gentleman put the skirting back on, it looked like he was never there. He cleaned up after himself.
