Bos Moving & Service

The three men sent for the job worked very **** ** a 90+ degree, 9 hour long day (10 minus a 1 hour lunch) but weren't the best at packing; some minor damage to boxes and furnishing. My real complaint is that the straight truck sent wasn't large enough for the job. I felt this was an inexcusable mistake. They had to leave many items in our old house (we were lucky our buyer was easy going) for my husband to make three trailer trips to collect and move the rest himself. Not a bargain at nearly $1300 plus tips.

The movers were very nice and did a wonderful job. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Bos Moving was exceptional. Their customer service when arranging the move was top notch. The movers were right on time, friendly, fast, and they took great care with every item. Their pricing compared to the big chain movers was very competitive. I was thoroughly satisfied with our end-to-end experience with Bos Moving. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Everything went great! The scheduler gave a very clear estimate and timing for completion. Chino and his crew (Joe & John) were very professional, helpful, and careful with the move. I was very impressed with their efficiency and capability. We have large exercise equipment which I was concerned would be difficult to move between home levels, but it went great. They even had cellophane wrap for all large furniture to prevent damage during the move. Chino, John, and Joe exceeded our expectations and would be hired again for the next move! Money well spent!

Extremely well. Chino, Joe and John from Bos Moving & Service Co. were the most professional moving crew we have ever used. In the past, other companies have failed to measure up to the the job the crew from Bos did. They were very careful but still quite efficient while the price was very competitive and right in line with the estimate. Unlike other movers we have used there were absolutely no issues. We will most definitely hire Chino, Joe and John from Bos Moving again!

We recommend Bos. We called two weeks before our Saturday move date and Mark Bos was out the next day for an on-site review & estimate. The two trucks & four men arrived on time on a snowy, sloppy morning. They put pads down to keep our hardwood floors clean and dry. Ron & Kevin & JB & Jim were attentive, courteous, friendly and they hustled. They completed the job within the estimate.

BOS is very professional, prompt and fairly priced. The owner actually came out ahead of time to scope out the job to be sure everything would go smooth and the estimate was accurate.

I can't really tell you what they did wrong. I just always think people could be better. The price is very fair.

The day started out on the wrong foot. I received a phone call stating that two workers called in sick and that my move would be delayed. Clearly, this was not my fault. I was the second move for the day. Because the first move required three people, the owner wanted me to take three men and pay the rate for three people instead of two. I refused. It took the men four hours just to move my things out of the house. In total, I paid over $750 for the entire move. It was a complete disappointment and disaster

The move was ok, There were quite a few scratched floors and pieces of furniture. The company did offer to check the scratches, but there were many compression scratches in inlaid wood pieces that a scratch pen wouldn't fix. My main complaint was that the cost was estimated at $2900-$3300 for the move ... the final cost was $5300. With all the damage and over charges, we would not use them again.

There were two movers. They were professional, worked quickly and were well priced. They respected my things.

It went so smooth, I felt like I just sat back and didn't do a thing. Moving is stressful and they took the stress right out of it !!!

BOS Movers were Exceptional! It was difficult move for me as it is marital separation and I was downsizing from my house into a smaller apartment and to a storage unit. The guys were so polite and corteous and conscientious about which place the items needed to go. They never complained or acted overwhelmed or tired. They were efficient and extremely professional. I would recommend them highly to anyone!

It went very smoothly. Tom and Jim from Bos arrived right on time. They were very efficient and very careful with all of the furniture and also with both homes they moved the furniture out of and into. They were very polite and professional. We would definitely recommend Bos Moving & Service!

Three guys came to move our house. Terry was one of them and extremely unprofessional. They lost a small part of our dining table and instead of apologizing he blamed me that I was making it a big deal. I could get a replacement part in walmart (that was ridiculous). the only good part was that the owner later looked for the part online and delivered it to our home. What is worse? That parts did not fit in our dining table. It was wrong part. Anyway, we just let it go and did not contact them any further. The moving was OK just like 50 other companies out there. But they are completely lack of professionalism. I won't recommend them to my friends or family.

The best movers period. They are quick efficient and all the movers are willing to do the job correctly!

Very professional and courteous. It was nice to have a seasoned gentleman with a 23 year old energetic young man.

Aside from the fact that they underestimated the time/manpower needed, things went smoothly. Upon calling, I informed them that I had a second story condo with a basement storage unit (a lot of stairs if you ask me!) They said two guys could do the job in 3-4 hours. When I suggested maybe needing a third, they assured me that two guys could get it done. Turned out it took two guys nearly 8 hours, but they did get it done! The guys were easy-going, hard working, and considering I spent the whole day with them, nice to be around. They were careful with my belongings, took extra care to help make sure things were packed and wrapped, and loaded the truck with extreme expertise. We had to make a stop to pick a few items up at another house and they were able to do so quickly and effortlessly. While the job took longer than the company estimated, I was not surprised with the amount of time it took, and while their estimate was off because of the increase in hours, it was still extremely reasonable. I would happily hire them again for any other moves in my future!

Not well. They lost lots of items during our move. They lost clothing, sentimental items, shoes, and other various things.
