Description of Work: Bos packed and moved our household. The size of truck we needed was unavailable on the date of the move, and they let us know beforehand but assured us that they would be able to pack all of our belongings in a smaller truck. They were wrong, and we ended up needing two trucks and crews to complete the move. | |The movers were friendly, accommodating and professional. I am not sure if I would hire them again. We almost doubled our move costs because of their underestimating. But their prices were very reasonable to begin with. I would say they are worth considering.

Description of Work: Provided moving services - approx 4 mile move. Crew worked very hard, but owner significantly underestimated the amount of time the move would take - estimated 8 hrs, took 13 hrs. Crew also kept reminding us to tip them, got a bit annoying after a while. They were great workers, however, and took care with our furniture.

Description of Work: They packed and moved the house. The workers were great, they worked very hard and were very courteous. The packers didn't do a good job labeling boxes--there are still things I can't find because some odd things were put in boxes that didn't match the label on the box. That is the only reason for the B instead of an A on quality. I still can't find a TV!

Description of Work: It all went well. They arrived about 20 minutes later than the originally quoted window but the movers were professional, efficient and moved everything rather quickly out of the former apartment into the new one. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

We are sorry that the move was not completed to your satisfaction. I know a lot more ended up being moved than was originally estimated on the walkthrough and we were able to accommodate the additional items the following day. The move took place on June 4th and 5th. This is the first we have heard of any problem. Our movers said everything went fine.
