 + -1 moreCustomer service is excellent in the beginning before they get you to buy a home from them, but after you have signed the papers the services go from excellent to horrible. It takes forever for them to respond to a call to fix something in your home. They unprofessional. They lose paperwork. Say one thing, but mean another.
