"Had roof repaired years ago first leak ruined upstairs ceiling . Next leak did the same never got any help. They did work incorrectly never installing vents properly have tried to work with them but never got it fixed to this day. Very disappointed with response I am getting and so far no help and the work they did will void warranty on shingles if vent system is not fixed. I could use any help or advice on how to get this resolved so we can have confidence that our roof warranty is still good. This has been going on for 2 years. Please help."

Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. We look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction! We however, do not specialize in auto glass.
"Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience."

"I would not recommend this company for anything. In 2021 I ordered siding for my home which they came and installed in late October. In the spring of 2022 (April/May) I was cleaning my brand new gutters and noticed that the tips of the screws they used to attach the downspouts were sticking up, catching everything so the gutters were unable to drain. I called the company for service and they told me they couldn't get me in until the end of August 2022. I wasn't happy but I agreed. In August, they called me to let me know that they were unable to come out until the end of September. I was home waiting for them on several more appointments they made with me and they would call later in the day saying they had to reschedule. This went on through November when I finally quit calling them. The last call they made to me they basically said, this is warranty work...we won't make any money on it. I don't recommend that anyone ever use this company!! They promise a warranty when they sell you the product along with a big line of BS but they will not show up to do any repairs. Their crappy work has has cost me a lot of additional money. Stay Away!!"

"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."
