Description of Work: I had a nightmare of a radiant heat flooring system in my house. Not much was able to communicate with the boilers. The boilers were 10 years old and constantly running, even in the summer. I had to manually unplug them so they didn't run. The system was crap. R&M came in and actually " thought" through the entire game plan before implementation. They provided a cost estimate and timeframe which they kept to. They installed a system that not only communicated with the boilers, but could even acclimate to the outside temperature as well. The best part is that I can even control it remotely if needed. R&M also set up the system to drive my domestic hot water. I never run out! R&M got it right the first time. I've been very happy with the system they put in and the follow up they have shown since the installation. They are a good group and I'm happy to have met them!

 + -1 moreI had problems getting someone work on my relatively new boiler and I found R and M Heating. They did work on my boiler and I am extremely pleased with them. They have been here a couple of times and they are actually coming today. They came out in the spring. The first time they came out I had no heat and it was in the late winter. I had a couple of things done over a period of time and I don't know how much I spent on it. I was happy to get it done. They are very professional. They came when they said they were going to come. They knew what the problem was and fixed it. I felt they were reasonably priced. It is hard to say about their price because I couldn't get anybody to come here and do the work.
Description of Work: I used the service of R & M Heating & Cooling LLC to do some work on my boiler earlier in the year.

Services include annual inspections and filter replacement. I can recommend this organization to anyone that needs a furnace / air conditioning system or service of the system. They do the job using quality equipment, on time service, and within budget quoted. This includes the original installation along with the follow-up services required by our furnace system.
Description of Work: Furnace installation (3-yrs ago) and follow-up annual furnace inspection and filter change services.
