Disappointed existing customer. Have hired them for the past two years and submitted an "A" review. Wanted to arrange our usual spring washing. Have left emails, voice mails and text messages since early May. No replies -- don't know if still in business?

It's a double edge sword! Because they are thorough, courteous and efficient they are in demand. So, responsiveness can be an issue. We have an older, two story home with many windows (including basement) and some are "fragile". The crew has always done a superior job washing both the interior and exteriors. They are particularly conscientious with flooring, window treatments and furniture when washing interior windows. If you are persistent and patient, they are worth the wait!

The work exceeded our expectations. We will use their services on an annual basis.

Excellent service. Prompt, efficient, courteous, well groomed team. Even called to say they were on the way. This was the first time we used them and we asked him to call when he is setting up the autumn schedule.

Did excellent job. Just contacted them to return for spring washing this year. Very professional. Called to alert us they were running late from previous job. Took great care to be neat and protect hardwood floors and carpet. Our 1920's era 2-story home has some newer windows, but the majority are original double hung. So, this was not an easy project. Far superior to any other window washing services we have used in the past.
