Routine house cleaning: Dusting from top (checking for cobwebs) down the walls to picture's, mirrors to the furniture tops, sides and front. Floor cleaning according to surface. Bathroom cleaning/disinfectant, Kitchen counters surface, sink, appliances front and side wiped down & cleaned.

Do not offer carpet cleaning, outside window cleaning.

Description of Work: Supposedly it was a deep cleaning visit but turned to be more of a surface cleaning. It was okay just not as it was advertised.

The problem I had was basically with her husband that came to help clean. He did the dusting, and pledging of all my furniture and he basically made the dust air borne rather than picking it up, and I bet he didn't spray the pledge maybe once on each piece of furniture and in small amounts at that. Also, another problem I had was she used all my cleaning supplies, not a big deal but when she was finished cleaning, my paper towel roll was empty I had to restock it myself.
Description of Work: She cleaned basically the entire 1st floor of my home.

My husband passed away in March 2010. I do carry cleaning supplies with me which I do use if that is what the clients prefer. Being in the cleaning business for 14 years; 100% of my clients prefer me to use their products. Everyone has their personal cleaning supplies that they like weather it be to their own scent of liking as well as what they want used in their home. My supplies I carry with me are basically the same as every client I work for and I use them when they are needed or more effective for the job. Most everyone has a stock pile of cleaning products that they have invested in and want to use them and not waste what they already have purchased. Open communication to understand each client's cleaning needs is very important. I use the basic room rate, yet an hourly rate is also available if your cleaning needs are needed for that.
