Patriot Electric

Chad the owner came out to our house at the stated time and provided us with a quote for our whole house generator. When the equipment arrived Chad and a helper arrived at the stated time and performed all of the work. I thought the work performed was excellent. My issue with Patriot Electric is according to our signed contract they were to provide us with a permit for the work, to have the job inspected by the township inspector and to provide the first years maintenance for free. None of those items happened. After numerous calls and a few emails to Chad with no or little response I gave up. Regarding our smaller job, Chad came out with his helper at the stated time and completed the work, which again, I thought was excellent. My problem with Patriot Electric was that they left one duplex uncompleted because they didn't have the proper color switch to install. They never came back to complete the job. I ended up wiring the plug in myself. In closing, Patriot Electric does good work but doesn't live up to their signed contract. Chad doesn't live up to his word and seems unprofessional because of that. I will find another Electric company to do my future electrical work because of this.

They were punctual and worked quickly. Fortunately the electrical company could sign off and reconnect power that day. I feel they did good work and would use them again.

All he did was change a battery and a fuse. He charged me $290 for 15 minutes of work. He charged me for permits that he never filed for. In 2006, his estimate for other work I asked about was too high, so I did it myself. He turned me in for not getting permits. I saw him at a traffic light while I was out with my little girl, and she saw him flip me off from his car! He is a bad man.

Great experience. I requested a quote online from Briggs and Stratton. Chad Heuer, owner of Patriot Electric, responded. His estimate was more that competitive. He was professional in his presentation. After thoroughly researching alternatives, including several other presentations, I accepted Chad's bid. Over the course of about six weeks from the initial order to the final inspection Chad and his assistant brought the generator out, placed it, arranged for the gas meter upgrade needed, and completed the job. Chad was patient, answered all calls and questions, and followed through with all statements and promises. The new generator works great. If you live in Branch County, Hillsdale County, or any of the surrounding counties and need business or residential electrical work, and specifically a quality generator keep these guys in mind. I had never met Chad before this work, but new consider him a friend and valuable resource.

We purchased and older home which needed to be brought up to date. Patriot's came out, rewired the house, fixed what needed to be fixed, replaced what needed to be replaced and installed the new items we had purchased for him to install. At times we would tell him what we wanted, he would go pick it out and install it for us. Other times he came up with some really great idea's that we were not aware were even out there. When we finish this project, he will be the one who installs our generator and completes the installation of all electronical items. Chad is very professional and has always showed up on time. He's very trustworthy and does exactly what he says he's going to do.

We purchased an older home and needed our wiring brought up to date. Patroit provided that service for us along with helpfull suggestions to items we wanted but we not sure about getting.
