Super fast service call to confirm appointment and job request. My under mounted sick became detached from the countertop and I needed plumbing work done in the bathroom. Day 1 someone came out Day 2 it was all fixed and for a reasonable price. I’m definitely keep this company in my contacts list. You won’t regret using them.

It went well. Mike is the plumber that I always call. I don't usually have to wait for him to come to my house and his rates are much better than other plumbers.

Arrived on time and kitchen faucet was replaced quickly! Even had time to fix leaking shower drain, thank you Mike!!

Mike did an excellent job. Mike has performed multiple jobs in our home over the years. Mike services are timely and always willing to explain what the problem is and then how to repair. Project cost are reasonable and no hidden fees.

I called and spoke to Mike on Oct.12,2016, and told him the services I needed an estimate for. he said he could be out the next day around noon. Around noon the next day no Mike, but did show up around 1:00 p.m.so I just attributed it to being busy. He looked at all the items I was inquiring about, took some water samples from the softener for analysis and said he would call tomorrow 10/14/2016 with estimate. He did not call, so I waited one week before calling him back. I got no response from his number, so I called the other number on the business card and got his wife. I explained what happened, she seemed surprised he hadn't responded and said she would call him right now and get back with me. She called back about 5 minutes later and said he would call me and to let her know if he did not and she would get on him. He never called and as of this date 11/04/2016 I have not heard from him. I am very disappointed, as Just Professional Plumbing had such good reviews on Angle's List. I just wish he had called and said he wasn't interested in doing the job so I wouldn't have wasted time waiting and could have hired someone else. Very Disappointed!

I called a bunch of providers about our hot water heater and they were the first to respond. Very prompt service provided the same day. The part on our hot water heater had been recalled, so they worked with us to get it ordered right away. They came back the same day it was delivered and had everything taken care of for us in a quick manner. The serviceman was very helpful and courteous.

Mike showed up, a little late but that he is a plumber and sometimes he runs behind, did the job, it was cold and raining but he dug up the drainpipe, replaced the pipe outside,replaced the fitting in the basement,, came back in the mourning and patched the cement wall, was here about 3-4 hours in total. Very happy that I called him, was very nice man, like the name JUST PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER, will use him again. My neighbor is about to call him.

Never showed up....just called and said they wouldn't make it knowing we sent someone to the cabin since we live over an hour away!

Mike was excellent, professional, friendly and hard working. He completed all my jobs very nicely.

It went great Michael Myers showed up I believe he was actually a bit early but that wasn't a problem he was thorough, efficient and polite. He found where the water leaks were, told us our water heater was cracked and would have to be replaced. He had another job to get to but arranged with us to be back the next morning at 9:30am to do the job. He showed up a bit before 9:30am again this was not a problem Mike had the job done in no time he was AWESOME! Mike not only had to replace the water heater, he had to fix a leaky pipe fitting and redo the floor under the water heater, for Mike this seemed to be a cake walk even when the sky opened up and soaked him, he was steadfast, efficient, thorough and polite, he didn't even mind my playful and curious 3yr old pit bull puppy when it came time to settle the bill. We will happily recommend "Just Professional Plumbing" to anyone in their service area.

They came quickly - within two days and accommodated my work schedule. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They also explained some shut-off water supply questions and softener questions too. I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

It went very well. He was courteous and fast and did a wonderful job. We had only mentioned putting in the faucet but then asked him about doing hooking up the refrig to water and he gave us the price for both which we thought was a good price. We were very happy overall.

I was very excited to get the estimate and start on my projects. I never heard from him again. I figured if he wasn't interested in my business, I'd move on to someone that was.

This provider was hired to fix the toilet in my elderly mother's home. We set up a time of 9:00 am. The tech arrived about 9:45 am which was no problem. He put shoe covers on his shoes which thoroughly impressed my mom. He went right to work and fixed her toilet which had never been installed correctly. He informed her that the flooring really should be redone but she can't afford this at this time. The toilet was sealed and caulked properly. My mom even gave him a piece of cake when he was done.

Mike install new bathroom vanity. Workmanship was top notch, Arrived on time and completed job in a very timely manner. Very personal and answered all of our question. Inquired about another plumbing issue at our home-to remove slop sink in laundry room and re-route washer water to main house line. Mike gave us price and he returned to do this job the following week.

I called and they were able to come the next day to do the estimate. He called me and told me exactly what he needed to do with regards to the leaking from the ceiling. It had something to do with the tub. While he was there, we had him check out the toilets. He looked at everything and then gave me an estimate. I gave him the go ahead and everything was done that day. I was so very happy with their prompt service. Would definitely recommend.

The service man was very courteous and helpful in helping me decide where to install the grab bars. Before having the work done, I was concerned that the tile in the tub enclosure might be damaged, but that did not occur. He really knew what he was doing and did it to my complete satisfaction. A beautiful job with a beautiful cleanup! We will definitely call this company again if we need a plumbing company.

My experience with him was very good! I like pretty much everything about him. He explained everything that he was going to do beforehand, and he did things fast. They were a very good and reputable company.

Mike came out on the first of November and took a look at all the problems I had been having in my master bathroom. I had already changed faucets in my shower three times prior to this. When he checked on the faucet heads he explained to me that the stems were not long enough, and that he could put new stems in. This made me feel good because I was afraid I might have to have the whole plumbing redone in my shower as the only way I was able to use it was by turning the knobs on and off was with pliers. He also cleaned out the very dark water in the toilet tank and put in a new valve and flapper.

I called this company up, told Denise the problem or so I thought was the problem that was told to me a few years ago, she spoke to someone in her company and the next day he was out. I just love them, and the price was right for me, he did a wonderful job and I did not need a new toilet, even found the dogs ball in the toilet, no leaks, and it works just great. Thanks so much
