It went excellent, from start to end. He turned my DYI DISASTER into a home again. Always showed up when they said they were going to, and if late I always received a call. I'm someone that works in a trade and was very pleased with his professionalism. Even to this day I will call him here and there to ask a question or just to chat, he true does cares about his relationships with his client. I will always call and refer this company when anybody asks. He is a class act thank you Tim!!

Tim July came out and measured up the bathroom and listened to my ideas as to what I would like. He worked with Skip to make sure that what I would like to do is doable. Both Tim and Skip returned to present the estimate and preliminary layout of the new bathroom. I accepted the estimate and met with Skip to pick out the granite and tile. The estimate was revised with my granite and tile selections. I like the fact that I know up front what the total cost is going to be. Both Tim and Skip promptly replied to my emails and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I will update this when the work has started (end of April) and when it is complete. Work was started on May 12. The old bath was removed and expanded into a niche that used to be in the living room. The floor of the walk-in shower is waterproofed with a rubber membrane. The cement and seat are coated with a waterproof sealant. The walls have been put back up and are getting ready to paint. Tim brought in very competent plumbers and electrician. So far I am satisfied with the progress of the bathroom. My bathroom is finished and I just love it. I appreciate Tim having to put up with the reconstruction of my road when he was working on my project and all my camping trips. Everything came together as to what I had envisioned and not being a designer or architect I was surprised as to how great it looks. Kudos to Tim, Skip, Tyler, Rob (electrician) and Absolute Plumbing. The bathroom was rearranged and made a bit bigger but the space gained by rearranging the floor plan made a huge difference. I especially love the large walk-in shower.

This is a progress report about half way through the project. The workers and Tim July have been prompt and professional, answering any questions that arise. They work all day, each day, and also clean up each day. At this time, I am very pleased with the company.

I'm wanting a complete bathroom remodel. They came to my home twice and measured and gave me an estimate which included allowances for different tiles. I looked at product stock and it is fine. I picked out some things. The estimate seemed to be fair. I’m probably going to pick this company to do the work.

Very well. He did everything he said he was going to do and did it with care and very high quality. He was very easy to talk to every day that I came home and wanted to know how things was going. I had bee nest that he took out before doing work that I so much appreciated. They were even out in a day of hard rain.....with their tent working to get done. They sealed all the wood up with chalk so all the bugs and critters have no chance of getting back in again , having insect issues in my older home. I had a very good experience with this company they are very committed to good work which in this day and age is getting to be a rarity. If your looking for high quality and trustworthy men this company is for you. Thank you again for the good experience.

He is very good and knowledgeable. We have had to hold off on the project for a later date.

I have asked Tim to estimate a few other things I need to have done. Our experience with July Quality Construction was a pleasant one and we would recommend Tim and his crew to anyone. We have waited for 30 years to do this big project and feel fortunate that we found Tim

Everything went very well and we are very happy with the finished project. Tim July and his team were very professional and capable. They came to the job on time every day until the job was completed and stayed late when needed. It took longer than expected due to more work than anticipated in the demolition phase and small changes that we made along the way. Their workmanship is top-notch and the contractors he brought in or referred were of the same high caliber. We are very grateful to Tim and his partners and look to hiring them for future projects.

Overall, it was a very good kitchen remodeling experience. The duration of the job was a bit long, considering that we were living in the home through out the project. I would definitely recommend July Quality Construction for high work quality, responsiveness to owner requests and minor work changes and a reasonable price for services.

They were here everyday and worked steady through out the day. They always cleaned up the debris at the end of the day. Never a big mess. Kept me informed on the progress. Answered any questions I had.Over all it was a good experience. I never felt stressed by their work.

They gave me a competitively priced estimate and then worked around my schedule for installation. Installation was quicker than I expected. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for. I will certainly be using them for future projects.

This project couldn't have went better!

Received estimate on 8/1/11. I removed all non-bearing material and clutter to minimize contractor time. Workers arrived ahead of schedule and were working by the scheduled appointment time. Workers were courteous and professional at all times, completed work ahead of schedule, cleaned entire area.

Project went well overall. It was executed in a timely fashion. Cost estimate came in lower than others and that is what was charged. A few nails were missed in one board but it is of no matter. I'd hire them again for a similar type project.

From start to finish the experience was great. I was dreading the start because of the mess i thought that was gonna come with the remodel, but Tim did a fantastic job keeping the dust and debris down to a minimum. He mad the remodel go so smooth and he even finished early. I would use him again for any remodel job i had to do.
