They did great work when they were working but had to push them and follow up constantly. They did not communicate well with me about delays in the various steps of the project or changes with the planned work schedule.

Took over a year to get it done. Very poor communication. Illogical placement of concrete pad. Not worth the cost.

The salesperson Eli was very honest and up front and made us very comfortable with pursuing this project. The subcontractors were awesome. Joe with ProCement had a great crew poured a 16x16 slab with footings. The carpenter Tony was the best ever and was very methodical and particular about every aspect of his work. He wanted to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the sunroom as it was being built. The electrician Denny was very fast and did great work, but it took at least a month to get the final inspection. Communication with the TEMO construction contact was horrid and resulted in that individual leaving the company. Jim Hall stepped in and finally made sure the job was completed. Jim also was very dedicated at the beginning when a significant redesign was necessary. While the final product is beautiful, TEMO needs to ensure better communication/interaction between the sales person and the construction staff. We were originally told the project was supposed to be done by mid-May. In actuality, construction didn't start till May 9 and wasn't finalled out until September.

I feel that Temo has not been accountable to the mistakes that were made. They tried to come up with a solution that was best for them and not for us. When we said no to that, they had nothing else to offer.

Thank you TEMO, employees and contractors, with special thanks to Angie and Race for a job well done. We are super happy with our new 3 seasons room. It's a dream come true and then some.

Nice looking

Temo manufactured and installed a new Sunroom and Trex deck for us in 2020. The Sunroom install took place immediately after our state permitted outdoor construction due to the Covid19 virus. Temo did a GREAT job, the quality of their product and workmanship is excellent. They are really responsive and "do what they say " - follow through on their commitments. The company deserves the 5 star rating!!

TEMO was very professional and our cabana turned out beautiful.

Back in 1999 I purchased a new sun room (patio enclosure) with skylights. The room was to have a lifetime warranty. Now the skylights are leaking and have been. Every time I call them I get no response from the company. In other words I get the run around. Yes, I am in Pennsylvania but at that time they had a dealer in Pennsylvania called Ambassador Home Improvements which has since gone out of business. I would never deal with Temo Sun Rooms ever again. They can shove their sun rooms and their company!

Timing was off due to market shares, needed to back out.

Great people to work with. From start to finish they were great all the way. They put up a sunroom for us and it looks fabulous. Rick the designer worked with us and all the changes we made along the way. Tom put our sunroom together and did a great job. Extremely happy with this company.

We contracted with Fun Space for an operable Pergola, Spa, and for them to coordinate the the installation of an aggregate patio with a sub-contractor. From the day we sat down with the salesmen, to the design phase, and then to the final product, the experience can be described as Fantastic!!!!!!!!. The pricing was fair, the promises kept, the time frames met, and the final product beyond our expectations. Concerns were addressed, calls quickly returned, and all of the staff from Ryan, to Jennifer, Christine, Jeff and the installation crews were professionals. Very happy with the product/engineering. Project started quickly, but took a bit too long to finish...i.e. electrical. They user a very cool window material that is clear as glass, but it's crack-proof. Some after-sale service required and it's taking a little longer to arrange than it should.

A patio project that we were told by their sales person would take two weeks, is now in the 17th week. Never seen a project manager, seems the workers that showed up were sub-contractors. The cement poured for the patio floor is uneven, it was poured uneven, rain settled against the house, no activity after the floor was poured for almost six weeks. Walls went up when we were on vacation for four days, door opening in wrong place. The last two sub-contractors stained the cement badly. Bucket stains and we don't know what else. Electrical did not pass inspection. I've called Jeff three times, it's been two weeks, haven't seen a soul. They've gotten most of the $28000. for this patio, I couldn't say how unimpressed and upset at this process.

Fun-Space Direct have just completed our sun-room and covered patio combination. We are delighted with the product and the entire process, from estimate to completion, has been a breath of fresh air. We have never encountered the attention to detail and determination that everything will be right as we have experienced with this company. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their products and service. We feel we must give special mention to their Construction Director (Jeff Anderman) who has been superb to deal with in every way. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!

It took longer than expected, but we were grateful at the team's commitment to quality. We love our new screened room!

Very professional from start to finish

I purchased a pergola just recently and couldn't be happier. Its such a beautiful addition to my home. I recently hosted a BBQ and my friends and family could not stop raving how nice it was. Everyone at Funspace (both office staff and installation crew) were great to deal with. They kept us updated every step of the way. Great experience - -would hire Funspace again in the future.
