We purchased our pool table from Viscount 3 years ago and were very happy so when we were moving we reached out to them for help. We never could have moved it on our own. They took it apart, moved it & reassembled it within less that 3 hours. Very polite & professional.

Of course the pipes blew out shortly after the installation of the solar heater draining our new pool in the middle of the night. When a call was made to Viscount that morning they told us that they installed the solar heater as a courtesy and that they would not stand behind the installation. What I learned after having another pool company come out and repaired the solar heater hook up, is that you "never" use electrical tape with water! Viscount used electrical tape because they used the wrong size piping. We had to purchase all new piping, connectors and adapter to properly install the solar heater.
Description of Work: I was looking for someone to provide a full service pool installation to include a solar heater. I made it very clear that I was looking for a full service installation. After talking to the salesman he convinced me that Viscount was if nothing else full service and that they would take care of whatever I needed pool related. So based on the assurance that they would provide me with a quality job I purchased a complete 27’ round pool system. When the solar heater was hooked up by Viscount they connected the heater to my pool with PVC piping snugging the connection up with electrical tape ensuring a tight fit.

Viscount Pools is a retail store. The member purchased the pool and accessories from us and she paid a contractor separately to do the work. We didn't install the pool nor did we install any of the accessories. When the complaint was made we had the member contact the installer/contractor.
