Overall pleased with the look of the folooring. However we were suprized that sub contractors were used and a different ccontractor showed up on day two and refused to correct the error made by the contractor from day one unless I paid an additional $600. Several attempts were made to correct the issue, but only recieced call backs from thier sub contractors. Never heard back from sales rep T. Johnson.

The sales person, Daniela, went out of her way to provide me the best service! Daniela called the flooring representative to get full size samples for me to view in home. When I was pondering which floor would go with the rest of the kitchen, Theresa (owner) offered to come to my home and help with an opinion. The overall experience was great and I would definitely work with them again.

Great very experienced installers looks great

The crew showed up at 10:00, went to lunch at 12:20 for two hours. While they were at lunch I noticed they didn't remove the linoleum in the commode room like the estimator said they would. He said since there was a sub floor under it, when the sub floor was laid in the rest of the bathroom there would be a mismatch. at 2:20 when they returned, (they said they had to go to Lowes to pick up some things) I asked the installer about the mismatch and he said tearing that out "wasn't on his work order". He showed me how he had embossed the different heights and I was OK with it. At 2:20 he said they would be finished in two hours. A couple hours later I asked where the other worker went, and was told he went to get the wax rings to re-set the toilets. They didn't bring them from the shop in the morning, didn't get them when they went to Lowes, and yet it was "on the work order". At about 7:45 Saturday night I was told they had to come back Monday because they had a couple hours of work left and they also didn't have a chrome molding long enough to cover the carpet to tile seam. It was on the work order. I called and complained and the owner assured me this wasn't how they did business. A couple days later I noticed they didn't re-caulk around the toilets, the old ragged caulk was still there so I called to ask if that was something they normally do when they re-set toilets and I was told no they don't re-caulk. We were also told we would get some cleaner for the tile, they were out of it when we picked out the grout color and they said they would send it with the insaller. He didn't have it, and when he said he was coming back I asked him to bring it. He didn't go to the shop on Monday so I didn't get it. The floor looks great, I feel I received a fair price but the communication and professionalism from the installation crew left a lot to be desired.

Ultra Floors was one of 4 companies I contacted for quotes on this job, which I have been saving for several years to have done. I found my sights set on an expensive laminate (of course) with $7000.00 to spend all together. When I called them, I spoke with Teri, who was extremely helpful and friendly when I told her what I was looking for and and the tight timeframe to have the work done. She told me they would work with the manufacturer and thought they could meet all my needs. Shawn Jones, a VP/Owner of the company, came out the next day to measure and the following day contacted me to say that they could do the job with the materials I wanted in the timeframe and the price I set. ..actually, a bit under my max budget. Whew! I was so thankful because my heart was set on the Armstrong Exotic Olive Ash laminate and nothing else would make me happy. But they were the only ones who could do everything I wanted. There was a tiny glitch in delivering the materials (a day later than expected), but still in plenty of time to get the job done. When day one came to start work, the installers (Dave and Aaron) were at the house before me! They got right to it and worked all day until about 6pm. They were right back at it at 9am the next day and worked until the job was finished. And it looks beautiful! Dave and Aaron were very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with the job they did and have already recommended them to a couple of other people looking for new flooring. And I will definitely use them again for any other floors I need done. All installers were on time, courteous & efficient. Job site was cleaned upon completion. Excellent service.

They carpeted our whole house and did an adequate job. However they didn't clean up after themselves. The market is too competitive for this to be acceptable.

Ultra Floors, Inc did an excellent job. I would definitely do business with them again. This is a family owned business that treats their customers the same. Everyone we talked to was very knowledgeable of their products, friendly and hard working folks. We contracted them for replacing a vinyl kitchen floor, landing and steps to the basement. This included ripping out the old vinyl / subfloor, replacing with new, stairback metal, starnose metal and shoe molding / baseboard where needed. The installation crew was prompt, well equipped, and efficient and did what it took to get the job done right. We quoted three flooring companies. Ultra Floors was in the middle. The job was done in less then three weeks, from us walking in their showroom for a quote to the installation crew walking out our back door, job well done.

The lady on the phone was friendly and had all the information but we won't use them. The estiamte was just tooo high.

Frank the owner came and measured for us he has such a great personality liked him right away. We had a particular carpet color and look in mind. He went back to his store and found us exactly what we wanted but a much higher quality. The pricing was about $500.00 less than Home Depot. We ordered the carpeting took about one week to come in and they asked me what day would work for me with installation, so we picked the day. The installers showed up on time, they were polite and professional. The carpet installation is text book looks gorgeous. We were very impressed with every aspect of Ultra Floors we didn't think companies as good as this existed anymore, but they do!

Perfect from start to finish!

I called for an appointment for my carpet repair because I discovered that Ultra did in fact repair carpeting. The faded section by the doorwall had to be replaced and the carpeting from the linen closet was chosen as the place to find the replacement. The two workmen arrived on time and went to work. Oddly enough the replacement procedure does take about an hour but I was glad to have the work done because replacing carpeting that is 11 years old is not a common job to get done. I paid with a check which had to be written twice because of some problem with repair being one account and new installation another account. I asked the workmen to take the measurements of the foyer and then on October 5th visited the store on Hayes. There were no measurements for the foyer and there were no left-over pieces Ultra decided that it was such a small job, eic. Professionalism was lacking If I needed carpet repair I would go back and to Ultra because of the sarcity of carpet repair people I would not go back to Ultra for any new carpet installation.

The price was slightly higher than Home Depot, but the quality of carpet was much better. The carpet looks great, no complaints.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE. WE WERE ALSO PLEASED WITH THE WORKERS AND WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THIS COMPANY HELPED US SELECT THE BEST PRODUCT FOR OUR NEEDS. THEY LET US TAKE SAMPLES HOME. THEY GAVE US HELPFUL HINTS. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THE RESULT WAS AMAZING.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY TOOK LONGER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE COST WAS NOT IN LINE WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME OVER AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME SHOWING US THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICE AND GRADE OF THE MATERIALS BEING USED. THEY TREATED US VERY WELL. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
