Description of Work: Terry came in to perform a tune-up on our furnace. We just bought the house two weeks ago, and the inspector had told us the furnace hadn't been tuned up since it was installed six years ago. Terry came in and performed the tune-up, as well as gave me some recommendations on how to improve the functionality of the furnace. He also explained how the previous owner had botched the installation of the humidifer on the furnace, and that it needed to be replaced. Since that is what the inspector had also noticed, I felt confident knowing that he knew what he was talking about. I also scheduled a follow-up appointment to have that service performed as well. Terry did a great job, and was extremely professional.
