ST CLAIR GLASS AND MIRROR

I have had this company do many projects for me over the years and I valued the quality of their work. All previous projects (3) went well. However I had contracted them to do a custom mirror for me and they even came out to measure. I was promised a 3 to 4 week delivery. However after a month I followed up to be told it would be just a few more weeks. This was not an issue but after another month I contacted them again to be told my project would be done in about one week. I finally gave up. Never heard back from them. I happen to be in the area about a year later hoping to get this mirror for my wife for xmas again the following year. The owner Ken recognized me apologized about never delivering my project and asked me if I still wanted it. I did and he promised me a two to three week delivery. After the third week I called left a message to which he replied back , again promising one more week. I never heard from them again. I gave up following up nor will I do business with this company again. After spending thousands of dollar at this company over the years and giving them a second chance to build my order. They totally let me down. This is one of the strangest things I have had happen to me from a service provider and I can only speculate as to why. Fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me.

knew what I wanted. he was by himself working in the back phone kept ringing. gave me little attention, gave me a price , quoted me an expensive price. I asked about other options and was referred to some books. I sat and looked threw books while he gave attention and discounts to another couple. told me that he couldn't help me till I built a cabinet and referred me to friend down street for a cabinet. I didn't get any other options. he kept running in back So I just left. Looked the products but service was poor. Yes I would go back hoping maybe he won't be as rushed and maybe he will have time to work with me.

It went very well. The owner made many great suggestions and personally came out to measure. I will be referring this company to friends and family. Came highly recommended to me.

I called St. Clair Glass and Mirror, they came out, measured and gave me a price. I told them to go ahead with the project. Then I waited and waited, finally I called them, 2 weeks later, and they told me they had people out sick and were very busy. I had my glass top by the end of the next week. It took almost one month to get the final piece, which I think is a bit long, but I am happy with it.

The guys at St. Clair Glass did a great job. They were quick and the price was right. The price included taking the paper backing off the picture installing the glass, remounting the mat and picture, replacing the backing and re-installing the hanger hardware. My picture looks great.

I needed a piece of non-glare glass for a 20 x 28" framed print. I called two glass companies, and the estimates were over $60. I remembered that a friend of mine had had a glass top made for a table, and got her referral to St. Clair Glass. I called St. Clair, told the man what I needed, he estimated $23, I drove right over with the empty frame. The showroom looked new, beautiful displays of all sorts of high-end glass, mirrors, shower doors, etc. The young man measured the frame, agreed that 20 x 28 was correct, apologized that he had to order the glass, would two days be too long? Of course not! Two days later, I went back, the glass was wrapped up in brown paper and masking tape; I paid $23.71. When I got home and unwrapped the glass, I was impressed to find that the edges had been beautifully sanded; no sharp edges! I popped the glass into the frame, added the mat, print, and cardboard, and finally was able to hang "The Nut Gatherers" in our family room. The non-glare glass was just what I needed.
